Quick and easy return to Amazon. Yesterday 8/6/2023 in the morning. The woman working was lovely. Other employees very helpful. Took about 5 minutes.

I needed to replace my computer after 12yrs motherboard died on my current one. I had done a lot of research on laptops and had it down to 2, but I wanted to touch and physically see the laptops before buying. I was at this location for maybe 15-20mins in the morning. A few associates walked by and never said a word to me, which is fine. I prefer to shop that way. But due to time restrictions, I left empty-handed. I returned maybe 1-2 hours later, and I guess corporate or upper management was visiting the location. I went right back to the laptop section I was in earlier I wasn’t there, maybe 5mins when an associate came to me and asked if I needed help.I asked one question, which they answered quickly, but when I said, ok, I’ll get this laptop. The store associate told me about the Staples warranty program. I told him I wasn’t interested, just the laptop. As I waited for the associate to return from the back with the laptop, another associated possibility upper management asked if I needed anything explained I was begin helped. Then possibly upper management went on to the sale me the staples warranty program on the laptop. I refused and explained what the associate told me. Which was very annoying; if I say I’m begin helped trust your employee will tell me about the program. And he pushed the Staples warranty program even after not having the laptop I wanted. He explained they have a similar one, but by then, I was annoyed by the hard sales push of warranty as I was leaving for the 2nd time empty-handed. The same associate tried to sell me printed ink directly in front of upper management. That was after saying I should only get my computer with Staples or Best Buy and not with Walmart. I advised him my last computer of 12yrs was purchased online via Walmart and that my ink comes by mail directly from HP, as will the warranty for the laptop I will not be purchasing here.

I come in here to fax 4 sheets. The lady charges me $11.00. I go over to the fax machine to send them. The total is actually $9.61. I asked why she charged me $11. She said print the receipt and I will refund the difference. How many times do you think they are purposely overcharging their customers hoping no one will notice? Might only be a couple dollars but if this happens 20 times a day that adds up. I don't advise coming here.

The girl in the printing shop with the bad wig was pretty rude and seemed like she was unaware of how to do her job. Didn't know what A4 paper was... Store was clean though

Bought a printer a year ago for my business, added 3 year protection on it, worthless, they updated there computer system, can't find receipt, lost my customer points etc. In order to exchange the printer would be to call the claims department which I've never had to do before, always was able to do exchanges no problem by searching my business number. I said don't worry about it, just bought one while standing there that will be here in 12 hours by Amazon, manager says ok! I said okay, ill spend my $2k plus a month on office supplies from Amazon!

Horrible place to try to get wedding announcements and thank you cards. The print shop was not helpful and unwelcomeing.Manager of print shop didn't know whether they had thank you cards in stock or they had to be printed. Asked several pointed questions about printing guest book and got no firm answer each time. If it's not pre-packaged on the shelf don't waste your time here...

I live in Tampa. I Needed a charger for MacBook , i told him the specific charger that I use. Kyrone the employee who works there helped me over the phone and stated that they do have that specific charger at that location! I explained to him that I live in Tampa (quite far!) and he reassured that in there location in Winter Haven they do have it. After an hour… of driving I get to this location and i am told that they do not have the specific charger that I specifically told them that I needed!!!! All they said was “oh yea we don’t have it here”! Are you kidding me! Horrible customer service! I drive atleast 1 hr for nothing, and they didn’t even care or bothered to make it right. Definitely AVOID this location and save your TIME AND MONEY! The employees seem to be useless, and worst customer service ever. Go elsewhere and save your time!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER FROM THE MANAGER HIMSELF!. I ORDERED A CABINET ON JANUARY 30TH, AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT YET! DELIVERY TRACKING SAYS IT'S ON THE WAY, THEN WHEN YOU CHECK IT AGAIN IT SAYS "LEFT BEHIND AT THE WAREHOUSE", AND THEN THE NEXT DAY IS THE SAME THING. I CALLED 3 TIMES, I TALKED TO A SUPERVISOR AND NONE CAN GARANTEE MY DELIVERY, I TRIED TO CANCEL IT BUT THE MONEY WILL GO BACK TO THE CARD PROBABLY 10 DAYS AND I WANT THE CABINET, I DON'T WANT TO WAIT 19 MORE DAYS!. I WENT TO THE STORE AND THE MANAGER COULD'T OFFER ME ANY SOLUTION BUT TO WAIT OR THE MOENY BACK TO THE CARD, HE DIDN'T EVEN TRY ANYTHING I SAW IT IN HIS FACE. HE HAD 2 CABINETS ON DISPLAY AND HE COULN'T GIVE ME ANY OF THOSE EITHER!. I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW STAPLES DON'T TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS SMH. I'M DONE
