Horrible customer service. Needed new bills for my trip to Egypt. When you travel internationally, they will not take bills if they're worn or torn. You think they would make an exception and try to give you bills that weren't ripped. I exchanged $250 in 1s,5s,and10s. So many have rips it And looks so old that I will not be able to use for my trip. What's the point of the lobby in a bank? I could understand from an ATM, but in a lobby. Can you at least attempt to give customer service?

Horrible bank and service. I wish I can give negative stars. I've been a customer for almost 15 years starting with SunTrust, and when Truist took over it went downhill right away. SunTrust was always great and helpful and had great support and services and perks. I'm closing my account and transferring all my money to another bank.

Went to deposit check to accounts. Long wait for sole cashier with a line of 5-6 people waiting. Problems verifying that I could deposit to accounts. Will not go to the bank again. They do not provide service

I wish I can give negative stars. The tellers at this bank are worst. They are so slow that just to deposit one check they take 30min and there is no proper grooming code at this branch. Tellers have 10inch long nails and can’t type properly on computer I don’t know why they keep such people at front desk. In between of client they talk to each other in ears. If corporation is reading this please hire new teller staff!!!!!

Staff members at this bank are so helpful when our family visits. They are friendly, engaged, and helpful when we have questions about options and policies. They went the extra mile to help us when a family member's credit card was stolen. The Lobby is always clean. Sue helped us out of a bind recently; we appreciate her help, and everyone else's over the years.

I have been a client of your bank for a long time. I moved to Central Florida and for several days my wife and I were looking for a branch of your bank. In Winter Haven we visited your bank and were very pleased. I would like to leave a review about the worker Israel Estrada. A very competent professional. Professional and wonderful person. Very unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment online. It was confirmed by email and I got a reminder the day of. Went to my appointment, waited 25 minutes past the scheduled time, then was told no one could see me as my time had passed and they had other appointments scheduled after me. Truly unprofessional. Do not use this bank if your time is valuable to you.

I was helped by Kevin and have never had such amazing customer service at a bank before. The wait was about half an hour long because he seemed to be the only one working on the waiting list but he made sure to come out and let us know he’d be right with us and always had a smile on his face. Was very understanding of our problem. The bank had opened a credit line without my authorization and I thought I was going to have to close all accounts with Truist but Kevin did everything he had to do to fix the problem in a short amount of time. Very efficient, sweet and empathetic.

I'm so fixing to switch banks there app has a glitch that cost me 102$ because they over drafted my account by a conditional reversal call customer service speak to a so called supervisor who gave me a fake claim number now I have to hopefully get help with this on Monday
