Staff members at this bank are so helpful when our family visits. They are friendly, engaged, and helpful when we have questions about options and policies. They went the extra mile to help us when a family member's credit card was stolen. The Lobby is always clean. Sue helped us out of a bind recently; we appreciate her help, and everyone else's over the years.

I have been a client of your bank for a long time. I moved to Central Florida and for several days my wife and I were looking for a branch of your bank. In Winter Haven we visited your bank and were very pleased. I would like to leave a review about the worker Israel Estrada. A very competent professional. Professional and wonderful person. Thank you very much, with the help of Israel, we quickly resolved many issues. We will be happy to visit this branch of the bank.

Very unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment online. It was confirmed by email and I got a reminder the day of. Went to my appointment, waited 25 minutes past the scheduled time, then was told no one could see me as my time had passed and they had other appointments scheduled after me. Truly unprofessional. Do not use this bank if your time is valuable to you.

I was helped by Kevin and have never had such amazing customer service at a bank before. The wait was about half an hour long because he seemed to be the only one working on the waiting list but he made sure to come out and let us know he’d be right with us and always had a smile on his face. Was very understanding of our problem. The bank had opened a credit line without my authorization and I thought I was going to have to close all accounts with Truist but Kevin did everything he had to do to fix the problem in a short amount of time. Very efficient, sweet and empathetic.

I'm so fixing to switch banks there app has a glitch that cost me 102$ because they over drafted my account by a conditional reversal call customer service speak to a so called supervisor who gave me a fake claim number now I have to hopefully get help with this on Monday

I have questions about my account and I can’t find a phone number online that allows anyone to speak to customer service. I’m about to switch banks!!! So frustrating! if I could leave zero stars, I would.

I just experienced the worst treatment from a financial institution in my life. The Senior Relationship Manager by the name of Kevin Reyes was completely unprofessional and extremely rude. After receiving a large wire transfer into my account and it not being released, I questioned if he would be able to help me, after waiting in the lobby for 1 hour and 30 minutes. He responded to my question by stating, “Well, if you think that I can’t help you then get out of my office.” I have been banking with Truist since before they were SunTrust and this is the treatment that I get.If you are considering banking with these people, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. My money is being held hostage since 11:00 AM and it’s now 3:15pm.

This bank doesn't have a drive thru. Only a drive thrurATM. However, you can't get change only the amount to withdraw in 20.00's. Often time the tellers inside the bank are so busy that you might have to stand in line for 20 to 30 minutes.

Do yourself a favor and don’t bank here. KEVIN REYES is the worst!They look at you sitting in the lobby and continue to carry on their casual conversations while you spend your time sitting there waiting to be help.After obtaining eye contact with Mr. Reyes and hoping that he would ask me if I needed assistance, he proceeded in a stare down contest with me without saying a word.DO NOT BANK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY SEEM TO THINK THAT YOUR MONEY BELONGS TO THEM!!!

Absolutely unacceptable. Truist takeover and adjustments have just ran my another customer out of their business. I have a family member that works for them and refuses to bank with them. What does that tell ya? So long!!

Well I've been waiting at the lobby and I got skipped when I got here before the person before me. Just ignored me. Repeatedly kept saying I wasn't 1st. Wish I could give y'all no stars.

Zero is not an option. I have been to this bank three times to close my account and still I am getting fees. Met with manager after waiting one hour each time. Called her and confirmed it was closed. Transferred the money to MidFLorida because the account was closed. Now getting charged fees. HATE THIS BANK

Everytime I have went to this bank there is a ridiculous line of 8 to 12 or more people. So slow, no drive through and either 1 or 2 tellers working. No sense of urgency. I moved here and mistakenly picked a bank closest to my house. I dread the hassle of moving to a new bank but I can not stand the terrible service here.
