I had called and got a quote for $400 for our 26 ft u-haul and another $100 for having stairs in our home. For a total of $500. He was given our address and I asked him to come around 11 am as I wasn’t sure when my husband would be there with the u-haul. The day before they called to confirm. He tried to say I scheduled for 9 am and asked for the address again. I told him the address and that it needed to be 11 am due to my husband driving overnight and wouldn’t be there till at least 10 am. The next day they called asking for the address and saying that it would be between 12-1 before they got there. They finally arrived around 12:30 ish and seemed pretty annoyed to be there. The one guy saw the stairs and said that It was going to be extra for the stairs. I had said I told the guy on the phone and he said it’s normally $400 but with stairs it’s an extra $100 so a total of $500. There are multiple places where they scraped doorways and walls while bringing in items. I would tell them exactly where to put things and multiple times they did not put them in the correct place. We ended up having to move multiple items and boxes. The one guy cursed in front of my 10 yr old brother as well. Multiple items were scraped from them not properly moving them. They did not treat my items properly. They smoked in front of our house and threw the butts in the yard. At the end when I was paying the guy didn’t even know how much he was supposed to take from me. To add the icing on the cake they showed up a week later to our home to “unload” not realizing that they had already done it the week before. This whole experience was a mess and definitely not worth the $500. I wish I would’ve gone with another company because this experience was awful and we just wanted a smooth experience moving to the area and it was anything but that please save yourself the headache and DO NOT hire them.

Three very nice gentlemen arrived at our home in Dundee at 9:10 on moving day. They quickly loaded their truck and left. We followed in our car. By 11:30 (or there abouts) they had finished unloading at or new home in Lake Wales and were on their way. The whole experience was just unbelievable to us. We highly recommend TC Discount Movers!!!

TC Movers were God sent! I had previously received a quote from TC Movers about a month earlier. I soon learned I had to move sooner and that day. Trevor was gracious and not only moved me, but became available sooner than anticipated and right on time that same morning. This speak volumes, they took my things to storage and my new home. His team is amazing! All my things were safe and delivered!!Thank you ? TC Movers!!I vouch and recommend them to anyone!

So this is a VERY Well deserved 5 star review. I’m kinda surprised it’s taken me this long to write it but I have to share how good Trevor and his team are. I’ve hired these guys 4 times and in addition, my parents used them to move from South Florida to Orlando. When I say these guys are good, I actually mean great. Always on time and efficient. They seem to handle all my heavy pieces of furniture with ease. They’ve NEVER broken anything as they are meticulous with the delicate things that need extra protection. Trevor is also very reasonably priced and For all of the above, I’m Unbelievably grateful. On March 1st, I have my next move booked with him and I’m stress free knowing I’m in good hands. So if I haven’t been clear enough, I HIGHLY Recomend TC Discount Movers ?????

The two gentlemen that moved us today literally treated our furniture and belongings with such careful planning, wrapping, and moving that you would have thought the furniture belonged to them. They were courteous, quiet, quick, careful, efficient, very professional. I literally can not say enough good things about them. They did a wonderful job. This is our 3rd time using them, they are careful not to chip or break or scratch anything, and we plan on using them again, I wish them nothing but good luck, they deserve it. I called TC movers yesterday and they were able to work us in today and they were extremely fair on their pricing and they showed up a little earlier than scheduled and they were done a little before scheduled. Charlie and Greg were so professional and made sure that all of our belongings were protected and they were careful with our antiques as well. Trevor was great to deal with over the phone and with scheduling etc. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move. We will be using them for our future move as well.

What can I say about this crew!? Well they did a nice job with my things and moving me long distance from one city to another city! Trevor handled up and corresponded with me through the process and worked with me and my mom for the move. The guys are alright with me! I contacted 3 moving companies to receive a quote based on our belongings we wanted to have professionally moved. We chose TC Discount Movers for a couple of reasons:1. They were reasonably priced for our size of move.2. Trevor was eager for our business and responded promptly.3. They know Central Florida area well.4. They didn’t try to get us to sign a waiver that released them from any responsibility for damage to goods in boxes they didn’t pack. (One of the 3 companies that we contacted tried to get us to sign a waiver. We wouldn’t. Trevor took responsibility for our belongings while being loaded, transported, and unloaded)5. They were willing to stop at 2 locations - our storage unit and our home.6. Trevor offered 3 movers versus the standard 2 movers. We knew the moving time would take less time.On the day of the move, the moving team was a half hour late but they called me as soon as they knew they were going to be late to let us know. I appreciated the call. The team was courteous, careful, and efficient. Trevor charged us what he quoted. We would recommend TC Discount Movers and use them again in the future.

Would not recommend. They called the night before the scheduled move date to tell me an increased rate. If you are by the hour, they pack the truck sparsely in the front to run out of space, and then you are, obviously, paying for the time that they spend disassembling and assembling the furniture, that they had to disassemble and assemble because they ran out of space in their truck. After service, they try to get you to leave a positive review in their presence. Do not put yourself in a vulnerable position whereby you know you have to move out the next day only to be called the night before with a rate increase – try having a good night sleep after that. That over the phone quote you get at the beginning is not truly the discount rate you end up paying. They are also rude over the phone.

This is the best moving company I’ve ever used. They were very polite, professional and extremely helpful. This was an extremely successful move. I have a king adjustable bed and they were very knowledgeable in getting it back together for me. A huge plus!!!!
