Very bad service had my hard drives to copy over to one drive. Very lax. Drives never did get transferred after having them 4 days. One of the techs gone and apparently no one else could do it. No return phone calls. Lame. Disinterested. Could not have cared less, heard them say old people shouldn’t have computers. No one came to the front after coming through the door and the chime went off several times. Again. Lame. I will never go back. Used to come here under previous owner. Will not return to do business with Tachmate.

I built a new gaming PC could not get windows to load. 1 place I called told was a hardware issue incompatible. I then called TechMate I was asked to bring it in. In about 3 hours they had me up and running. So, in the sort of it was not an incompatible hardware issue. Just a corrupt windows installer. The tech that worked on computer did a fantastic job for me. I would highly recommend this shop for all your computer repair needs.

My PC was having hard drive/performance issues so I brought it to Techmate for a diagnosis.I was prepared to hear, "You need a new computer." Since everything today is built to last only a few years I just figured this was par for the course. Instead I heard, "Let's take a look and see what we can do." I was still expecting the worse. A few hours later I received a call that my computer was all set. Turns out it was a faulty hard drive. My computer is running better now than it did when it was brand new.If your computer is running slow or having issues, don't hit the panic button like I did. Have these guys take a took at it before going out and buying a new computer. If it is time to buy a new computer check out their inventory of Laptops and Desktops.Great service and very reasonable prices.
