Customer service is a joke. Jasper D is an example of why customer service is awful with Ticketmaster. They will never answer your question directly. I was trying to purchase an access pass to a concert and Jasper D kept giving me instructions to buy the pass where I already was at. The link just sent me to a different day of the artists tour. As far as I am concerned Ticketmaster's customer service is stealing money from them since they apparently are illiterate. The use of preselected responses are insane and don't apply to questions that are asked. This is after 3 days of no response from their "Chat" feature that did nothing.

What a horror show!! I had tickets on my telephone for a concert but I broke my phone. I have spent hours every day for over a week to get my tickets reissued but Ticketmaster has given me nothing but excuses. Therefore I am out $700! ?

If i could give 0 STARS O WOULD. Ticketmaster is GARBAGE. THEIR customer service null and void Trash. And to have someone folloup and call you forget it no one Ever did... i had to keep following up and still no response or no proper response because they didn't know and would have someone call me, which never happened. What a TOTAL Nightmare

Delete the app!! Ticketmaster does not stand behind their customers and make it impossible for customers to reach them. Their customer service is terrible and is reflected in the majority of their reviews. I recently sold tickets and am owed roughly $675.00 by Ticketmaster. I have emailed and attempted to call both to no avail and no response from Ticketmaster. On other occasions I have purchased tickets and attempted to reach Ticketmaster with no response or contact from them. Buyer beware when using Ticketmaster! I recommend you purchase or sell tickets on one of the other apps or services. I’ve had good results on SeatGeek.

Delete this app and never use TicketMaster service ever again. Was sold fraudulent tickets to a baseball game from their site but they would not help me. No number to call, their chat service just never talked to me again and closed the chat! This is clearly a dying company.

I will NEVER purchase from this vendor again. I have been trying to purchase concert tickets for the past MONTH to no success on their website, and consistently rec'd an error message. I tried numerous times to try and reach someone only be be sent a "generic" response of how to retry-all to no success. After a few weeks of attempts and receiving generic[-automated email responses, I requested if someone could call me- you think that happened? Its been two weeks since that point and crickets. Ticketmaster are complete scammers

I am updating my review for this app since I have had some luck lately with it. After a few chat sessions and playing with my app on multiple occasions I have finally been able to sell my tickets. It wasn't all about the money but I was planning to take my mom to the concert for a Mother's Day present and she is unable to go. I didn't want to go by myself never been to the Amalie Arena. So I may use this app again in the future since I am going to get most of my money back and everything turned out okay

Horrible site and app. Does not work how it should. Waited in queue like I was supposed to and when I made it to the checkout page it would not let me type in my payment info no matter what I tried. Lost all 6 tickets and can no longer purchase the quantity I want. How can a site with the sole purpose of selling tickets be so bad at that one thing? Just unacceptable.

Talk about LIVID! I have possibly been screwed out of $554.25 as well as seeing Thomas Rhett in concert this Saturday because ticketmasters system has seemed to of been hacked and now my tickets have been sent to some other email and are now unable to be accessed because I don't have any clue who's email that even is and am even more confused because I have my confirmation/ticket email in my own email inbox with the link that now just doesn't work. Finally got ahold of someone and after an hour of talking they tell me they moved the tickets to Will Call and to take my ID and the card I bought the tickets with on Saturday to get my tickets but she couldn't tell me what the next step was if they aren't there. I will not use ticketmaster again even if it means missing concerts I love!

Ticketmaster is as bad as it gets. I had a refund approved last year for a concert that was cancelled. They said that my refund would be made in 30 days, it’s now been almost a year and the refund was never made. I’ve tried calling, emailing and chatting with them. All of my options have automatic answers now telling me I won’t get a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous, it’s been already hard money wise and we have this huge company stealing from its customers after making empty promises.

Unbelievable - Did everything as advised, signed up days in advance for pre-sale entry. Received code night before, scheduled my morning for waiting room, then que then finally entry. Ordered my tickets and paid... waited 8 min for ticket verification and then timed out, Went back in and literally nothing available. Totally bummed, was really counting on this. Whoever grabbed my 106 J Row 1-2.... Have fun :(
