“I'm sitting here with my children now. I bought 4 new tires and when they were putting them on noticed a caliper issue and a spacer was on my tire. They told me that ot was unsafe that I should replace the caliper asap. But instead of sending me home with a unsafe car. The gave me a different tire to make sure me and my children were safe until I change the caliper. Then once I do they said they would put the other tire I bought back on. Definitely recommend this place. They actually care and pay attention to details. Travis and Cyle you guys are absolutely amazing. Along with the entire team. Thank you.”

“I called and Tina answers, From the moment the conversation started she was all ears, listening and jotting things down, ready to assist. My wife (who drives 45 miles one way daily) needed tires as one started to show beading. They did not have the exact tire in shop but said I can have them here by 330, and this was 1030. She called both cell #'s leaving messages and when my wife went in, Tina greeted her by her first name and 2 french bulldogs. To say my wife was impressed is saying something. She is a gate agent for a large airline and can spot great customer service immediately. The total ended up being less than expected coupled with the overall treatment of my wife flying solo that day deserves at least 5 stars. I'd give them 10 if I could. Great business so if you need tires, do not hesitate and call Stanfield Tires”

“Google has this business listed as a car wash when in actuality Sal’s is a full-service mechanic shop. They did an excellent job on my Silverado which needed several things repaired.I already knew what the problems were before taking it in and they were honest about the work they were going to do. Sam was the only person I interacted and he really did a great job. Very friendly and knowledgeable.The shop finished a complicated repair in under 24 hours. They did this with many other cars in the garage at the same time. Businesses in Winter Haven are commonly slow with very poor customer service skills but not Sal’s Garage.I hope I don’t have any more mechanical issues in the near future but if I do I will definitely be back.”

“The team at Jarrett Gordon Ford in Winter Haven went far and above any expectations and service I have ever received from a Dealership. I didn't think it was going to be possible to get into a brand-new Ford Maverick Lariat Hybrid due to my credit and Chico in the Finance office made it happen with minimum money down. There was no mark up on MSRP which most dealerships are marking these trucks up 8-10K due to the demand. I got the welcome call from the finance company today and I love the truck very much as well as the 43 mpg. I also delt with a sales rep named Manuel and he was really great and professional. If you are in need of a vehicle for a reasonable price, have back credit, and think it is impossible Chico in Finance may be able to surprise you. “I’m writing this review because of great and amazing service I received sat afternoon . Sat as I was pulling in and got out of my car shortly after 3 more cars pulled in . As I’m waiting for my car as well as a few others a young woman walks in looks at the all of us and the man behind the counter says I’m here for my 1 o’clock appointment . The man was very polite apologies siad to the young lady that he apologizes for the wait that it would be about 35 to 40 min wait and would get to her in and started next . She replied but I have appointment as if she wanted him to just jump ahead of the 3 of us that were already there 15 min before her . This young man was working above and beyond doing not just the front counter but running the back as well helping his crew to help move things forward quickly. I was very impressed and amazed great customer service she just did not want to wait her turn and was very rude and unfair with the store and left with an attitude . She also wrote a review so I left this one of what really happened . We all showed up at once 15 min prior to her and the manager and staff did amazing getting everyone in and out the manager him self was even in the back working that’s called leadership and for that will always keep coming back.”

“Had an emergency and had to bring my 2014 Dodge ram into Cypress tire. Apparently the water pump broke. They quoted me to fix the water pump in reasonable time at a reasonable price. Actual price was as quoted. Even though I had to leave the vehicle overnight because it was late in the day the owner himself gave me a ride home which I am grateful for. Recommend them to anyone.”
