“I would come to this Dealership over and over and over again, and I am because the type of service that I received from Robert Smith and the Dealership as a hole was amazing. I purchased a vehicle from them 16 days ago and the rod for the actuator of the fuel cap went out and also there are repairs that need to be made to the transmission mount brackets. So in an effort to get everything taken care of, I was sent to Jeep Dodge and Chrysler ram Of Winter Haven to get everything resolved because I have a warranty. When I got over here and had a diagnostic check done, they told me what was going on with the vehicle and I related back to Robert at Central Buick. Robert insisted that I have returned the vehicle back to them so they could make the necessary repairs because of how I was handled at the Dodge Chrysler Jeep ram Fiat Of Winter Haven dealership. The only reason I had to come over here is because I purchased a Jeep Cherokee from Central Buick. But when I came over here to Dodge Chrysler Jeep ram Fiat Of Winter Haven, they tried to stick me with a $235 diet diagnostic check fee that they didn’t even inform me that I would have to pay. After I notified central Buick of what they did they were furious and Robert Smith demanded to speak to the GM at Dodge Chrysler, Jeep, RAM, via Of Winter Haven to sort things out on my behalf. Central Florida Buick has gone over and beyond for me and I see that they do have their customers interest at Heart and I will forever appreciate Mr. Robert and Central Florida, Buick faculty and staff for assisting with this issue. I will refer as many people as I know and you have a customer for life with me because most dealers will just leave you on your own after they get your sale, but not this Dealership. They’re working with me Head and foot to get me taken care of and that is very appreciated and it will not be overlooked. Central Florida viewer is the best in customer service and service.”

“Best experience! Very honest, was able to find a leak in my tire which I originally thought was a nail which they found to be a pebble and located the actual leak. Showed me the air leak which was very small and hard to find, patched it up for cheap and was in and out in 15 min. Highly Recommended!!!”

I didn't think it was going to be possible to get into a brand-new Ford Maverick Lariat Hybrid due to my credit and Chico in the Finance office made it happen with minimum money down. There was no mark up on MSRP which most dealerships are marking these trucks up 8-10K due to the demand. I got the welcome call from the finance company today and I love the truck very much as well as the 43 mpg. I also delt with a sales rep named Manuel and he was really great and professional. “Brought my 2012 Evo X to Redlane with a bunch of mechanical issues that i couldn't fix. Upon arrival i am greeted by Steven and Pops. Walked me through their shop and really made me feel comfortable leaving my car there. Explained to them all of my issues and "wants" and they took it from there. I figured i wouldnt see my car for 2-3 months but Redlane got back to me within 1 month. Picked up my car and instantly felt a difference in power and overall smoothness of the ride. Will absolutely be coming back for more power down the road.”
“Fast, answers their phone and do amazing work. These guys really know their stuff. I took my transmission from a 2004 Jeep grand Cherokee and it was returned in three days fully rebuilt with a one year warranty and it now works flawlessly. They even fixed a minor defect without charge after my Mobile Mechanic erroneously installed & bent the separator plate. I cannot speak more highly of these guys who really know what they’re doing I would highly recommend them.”
