Literally the slowest establishment. Every time I come to this location I am sitting and waiting at times 20 minutes for an order placed over an hour ago. I am always met with the same excuses there’s only two of us here or there’s only three of us here. however don’t tell me my order will be ready at 4:18 if the order isn’t ready until nearly 5pm. They should really consider hiring more staff members

We ordered through uber eats tonight and what a waste of money that was. Thank God uber eats refunded it. The quesadillas were dry and not tasty. We received no chips. The total was 74! The food is not cheap, you would expect much higher quality for the price. The only thing decent about the meal was the smoothie.

Can't really give it a star at all for food and service because I never got a chance to try it. Stood in line over a half hour before walking out. The online orders were being made and put on the pickup shelf and there were plenty. They were only 2 girls working and it wasn't their fault. They were working as hard as they could. But I kept thinking, where is the manager, where was the franchisee? So many people were walking out. Your very lucky these 2 girls didn't just walk away. There's plenty of other TRULY FAST food jobs out there.

Today was terrible put in a mobile app order at @10:20am, got there at 10:40am as it stated to Ended up waiting for over an hour didn't get out of there till damn near 12pm 3 smoothies, 2 sandwiches only 2 people working and watched 3 customers walk out, watched two young ladies (customers) come in and reach across to the printed out receipts scanning everyone's receipts taking their points. That is STEALING I don't care who you are and store shouldn't have receipts out like that for people to JUST help themselves, 3/9/2024 I got video of it. Ended up getting into a confrontation with some woman who thinks she should have opened her mouth at me while I was speaking about MY ORDER point is this is 3rd time at this specific location there is issues. The other tropical smoothie further down cypress gardens blvd is way better & more equipped with staff to get the job done. Smaller store but better quality service !!

The chicken pesto flatbread is probably my favorite thing I’ve eaten in a while. Amazing flavors and the staff is very friendly.

If you plan on even getting your order taken i recommend you order online because there are only 3 people working and they’ll look at you at the counter but literally will walk right past you i was there for 20 minutes before they even took my order and they’re not even polite they act like they hate their job, maybe get a new one??♀️

They have dived over the last year or so. Management is not holding a clean environment. Always behind on food orders. Have tried get a smoothie with online ordering multiple times and they never hit the estimated time. Most of the time it’s 10-15 minutes over. Disappointing, love the franchise. Location is terrible.

Store opens at 7 am and it’s almost 9am and no one here called multiple times and no answers placed order at 750 and can’t even get order refund and many others outside waiting ..

2/16/24 this is the second time I place an order for pick up and the store is closed when opening hours are at 7am (I arrived at 7:30am). I am unable to get in contact with anyone to get a refund.

Waited 30 minutes just to place an order and another 25 for my food. And on top of that when I went to ask about our order the employee gave me an attitude. Absurd! Ridiculous!

Update, from 5 to 1 star: Last night, 1/31/24, I ordered online to pickup at the store. Got home to find out my smoothie was bad, it was watery and the little flavor it had was bad. It was like they ran out of ingredients and didn't tell. Awful!!!Love their smoothies and their chicken pesto. Super good!

Service and speed were terrible today. I ordered a smoothie and acai bowl. I received the smoothie fairly quickly but waited 45 minutes and never received the bowl. I watched as other customers were waiting and getting frustrated. I understand being understaffed, but at least let people know if food is backed up an hour! I decided to get a refund since I had to leave for a meeting. I was told I couldn't get one because the girl who could issue the refund was on the food line. So, I was told I had to wait for the food or wait for a refund. I had to demand that someone be brought out to refund the money. Unfortunately, it took her forever to even give me my refund because she didn't know how to do it! I guess I will have to check my credit card in a few days to see if it's there. I really wanted to try their new bowls but it's certainly not worth the wait. I hope the company can get the staffing and organization under control.
