I always rec excellent customer service from florence villa post office. Sometimes it gets packed and the line long but it doesnt change the great service u rec. My mailman WANDA ( who is actually a woman) is the absolute BEST!!! we are so blessed to hv her🏆🏅

Pretends to deliver mail requiring a signature, then also lies about leaving a notice lol. They just didn’t feel like attempting the delivery. I was sitting on my sofa right here waiting for this delivery. Fix this please.

Ail letter was sent on 21st still do not have our mail carrier is crazy delived mail misses boxes put mail in wrong boxes comes back in two hours with more mail same carrier no telling where my check is at
