I try so hard to give business a good review. They put Sheriff Grady Judd addresses out there for the world to see. These postal workers if they have any descent one (I have yet to see any) delay mail. They won't deliver your mail on time. So if you are expecting something and go check each day the mailmen don't deliver. This post office has by far the dumbest group of people I have ever seen. They are uneducated, don't read and I am sick of dealing with them. Stop Changing your address with the Post Office.Change it with the individual business. The post office is selling you out.

Moved to Florida from PA on 3/12/24. Was told mailbox lock had to be changed before we could get the key. Went back to the 111 w. Central Ave Post office several times & were told he (the guy changing the locks) hadn't gotten to it yet, he was too overwhelmed. We could not get our mail even though the USPS email told us we had received mail. The shirt asian girl at the desk didn't seem to be bothered to look into it further. She just told us to keep checking back with them! After 4 trips back today we got the keys. She didn't know what box the keys went to, we will just have to try them all! There's 72 mailboxes there! Very poor customer service.

Don't come here ! They will lose your stuff I sent out a package and they sent it across the us the package was ment to get delivered to another part of FL but instead got sent to Oregon according to the guy in the front "it must have been accidently put in the wrong bin" and he started to tell me that just yesterday someone else package got sent to Hawaii when it was supposed to go to California because they had another "accident" like if that was supposed to make me feel better this place seems to have a alot of "accidents " when it comes to sending or sorting the mail my package was only supposed to take 2-3 days and it took a WEEK and a few days to reach my customer .

Just stopped at this post office to drop off a prepaid and labeled envelope. As I was standing in line for about 5 minutes as both clerks were taking care of customers, I hear a young lady yell across the counter “are you dropping off, cause we are closed. We close at 2:30.” I looked at my watch and it said 2:33 and told her that I had been standing inline (she appeared from no where) and pointed to my envelope to signal that I was just dropping off. She rudely signaled with her hand for me to walk up. She grabbed the package and scanned it as I waited and rudely said, “you don’t need a receipt, it’s been scanned.” As I walked out the other two clerks were still assisting the other two customers. I feel that she was so rude specially after I had been standing in line. A simple, “mom we are closed” when I walked in would’ve been nice and understanding. She just walked up from the back without even noticing how long I had been waiting and acted very unprofessional .

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Yolanda, the amazing blonde that worked the counter at the post office. I know she does not have an easy job handling all the unhappy people that come to the post office but she made my visit perfect, taking the time to answer all my questions and getting me cost efficient ways to send all my packages. So thank you Yolanda for showing me there are still happy people in the world that enjoy their job!

Read the reviews from others, too! This is a trend. The employees here are on their own level of rude and unprofessional. ?Walk in the door as the clock changes from 5:59 to 6PM after fighting all the odds and horrible things that could be thrown at me today. Clearly disheveled, and in need of a kind of gesture. The evil (fake) blonde woman with the bob haircut from the counter was quick yell at me that they were closed before I had one foot in the door. She didn’t even give me the time of day. I just needed prepaid labels scanned - a whopping three minutes out of her day. This was my second encounter with this woman, and she was as equally as horrendous this time as she was the first time.I cannot understand how they can allow someone who is so clearly disgruntled and unhappy with their job to continue to work at a place like this where they interact with customers all day. This woman SEETHES rudeness and anger and is truly one of the most unkind human beings that I’ve personally met. She looks at you like you are the scum of the earth and sits on her Karen pedestal with her entitled superiority complex, as she knows that having late packages will be a detrimental setback to my business. This has been several occasions now I’ve had to interact with her and she is just consistently rude and unkind for absolutely no reason. The first time, I let it go and assumed she was just having a bad day. I was WRONG. She’s just malicious and lacking of humility. There is another gentleman that works there that is as kind as can be, and makes up for her deplorable behavior. He is the only reason that I will continue to give my business to this particular USPS location. As a customer that ships over 1200 packages a month with USPS, I would expect at a minimum to be treated with moderate human decency.Today, I was clearly in need of help, and that extra 10 seconds of grace she could have given me when the clock struck 6 as I was walking through the door, would have went a LONG way. It’s quite obvious that this woman is not capable of that. She demonstrates no empathy or kindness for human beings and has NO business being in customer service.

Had a box to go back to sender. I had the label and it was in a box but the box was not taped shut.. all they had to do was tape the box and apply/tape the label and that’s it.. The worker said I don’t have tape, and the worker beside her was taking a box! She said that tape was for priority packages and if I wanted to tape the box, I could buy the tape on the wall but I would have to get back in line also… USPS! Horrible!

My wife and I are new to selling online. I misinformed my wife, thinking boxes were included with the shipping label. Had worked all day and it was my fault. We weren’t argumentative with the clerk at all, but the clerk wanted to get a little snarky. Usually not a big deal but I had just had a tough day at work. Like I says it was my fault, and we shipped the item with the box it was in. But don’t get snarky, just get us through the process. USPS loves hiring disrespectful people

THE MOST unhelpful people ever and rude. I walk in to return a package, usually I do most returns with ups which is a breeze. I go to the woman with red and black hair who keeps repeating that I need a QR code. She wouldnt respond with why when I was asking. I had the return barcode on my phone and usually you just scan it and the workers do the rest. However instead of giving any useful advice she just kept repeating in a rude tone how I needed some kind of QR code. They refused to print my label and I had to pay to go print one at staples. When I returned I waited forever for help (the red and black haired girl seemed to not want to help us ) An older man then helped us in which I put the item I was returning on the table he then gave us a sassy look and said " you need to buy a box" like I said I am unfamiliar with making returns with usps and usually use ups. I did not appreciate his RUDE tone. I went and got the package and paid for it and they finally accepted it to ship off. However when we were leaving the red and black haired girl had to shout in a snappy tone " we don't provide tape usually just so you know " as we were walking out. HEAVEN FORBID YOU USE A PIECE OF TAPE ON MY PACKAGE. Like i said I was unaware of how returning things worked here. However I did not need the extremely rude customer service. Incredibly un-informational and Unhelpful. If i could give these workers 0 stars I would. This will be THE LAST TIME I ever attempt to return anything using usps I will never make that mistake again. I give my business to fedex or ups. As they always have wonderful customer service.

This is by far the worst post office I have ever been to. The workers have attitudes, they act like they don't wanna be bothered or anything.
