I came in because my phone broke and I wanted to switch to Verizon and they made the process so simple and quick! I worked with Will and Shelby took care of me so well that I ended up with a tablet and a watch while saving money by switching over. This staff is the most accommodating and kind I have ever met at any phone store. 10/10 would recommend coming here over any other location!!

The customer service at this location is the best I have ever received!! Preston and Jay are the best and most considerate associates. They took such great care of me and I left with everything I needed. I have never been happier leaving a phone store!
