Stopped by Verizon store to see about a new phone. Will was helpful, knowledgeable, and prompt with what I was looking for. Ending with a new phone and watch for $5 more a month on my existing bill. Definitely recommend Thanks!

Amber is an absolute Angel… I have been battling with Verizon for 6 days, traveled 1.5 hours away to Brandon mall to the Apple Store twice, Verizon store twice and 1.5 hours back to our local Verizon corporate store (Winter Haven) and spent about 37 hours total, in 6 days on the phone and chat, all for nothing and to no avail. Not one single Verizon employee was willing to help. We’ve been with Verizon for 14 years and have 8 total lines, orders from telesales were all messed up and incomplete, information was withheld, you name it’s happened. You seriously wouldn’t believe the absolute horrible customer service and experience.. We found Amber and EVERYTHING CHANGED. Amber was scheduled to work in a different location the following day and went in an hour early just to get started on our account, by 9:30 that morning, Verizon was already calling me to validate Ambers call. We got to Amber’s store around 10:15am and she took every single issue and handled them one at a time. She made 6 total phone calls to all different departments pertaining to each individual issue and mastered all of them. She worked diligently from 9:00am and (currently as I write this review) to 3:15pm and still going with the same energy she started with this morning. She never got frustrated, she never stopped smiling, she never stopped wanting to be the best she could be for us so we could get everything we needed, done correctly and at the best rate possible. Amber treated us like family and her integrity, her values, and her work ethic are MOST ADMIRABLE. Amber works on a standard I have never seen before. Her infectious smile and inviting personality are exactly what customer service once looked like, I hope you’re as proud to have her, as we are to have worked with her. Amber will be the reason my husband and I, become return customers in your local stores. She’s that needle many customers hope to find.. Amber, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING and God’s blessings to you always….

My husband and I had been at a @ corporate Verizon store to have his Motorola Edge phone “ unlocked”. After 3 hrs we were told unable to “ fix “ his phone thus We purchased a new phone for me,Ipad and gave my phone to my husband! Arrived home to find most of our information had not been downloaded.. no access to email etc!We went to the Havendale store the next morning.Your consultant Anna Crowe worked diligently to “ unlocked the @ Motorola Edge, put all his information on the new device. There are not enough words to describe her experience, dedication to resolving our issues. She is an incredible asset to Verizon. We we ready to switch providers but she became our “ HEROOur thanks and appreciation to AnnaBetty & Joe Purin

Im very very please how this store specially their STAFF Abel & Destiny take care yesterday when was in the store regarding a problem with my equipment. Im extremely satisfied thats the only can said 100% customer service oriented & Beyond.... This kind of STAFF makes the difference in keep me loyal to my brand VERIZON... In case have another issue I will return definetly and recommend them for any issue with VZW. His manager should need proud of you guys. Youre doing an Amazing job with their customers. Hope management take note about my experience and others in this location. 5 Stars all of them .. Congratulations Abel & Destiny !!!

My experience with this group of people could not have been better. Destiny helped on 2 different occasions and she was very polite and knowledgeable, we had some issues with the Trac phone and she did not stop until all was in working order. I would definitely recommend this store for anyone looking for good customer service.
