“The day I called was the same day we were able to get our fur baby in. This was our first time taking our fur baby to Orchid Springs and let me tell you, they are the absolute best! From their customer service on the phone, to walking in the front door, EVERYONE was so amazing! We are truly grateful to the staff and Dr for taking care of our fur baby. I highly recommend!”

“When I moved to Winter Haven just over a year ago I went looking for a new vet for my 5 dogs, so as you can imagine we spend a fair bit on vet care for them all. I’ve always had a good experience there with all their vets but I especially love working with Dr. Farnham! All the front desk employees and techs are wonderful as well. They charge fair prices and never try to scare you into doing tests or extras that you don’t need. They all work well with my behavioral issue dogs and always remember their patients and are happy to see them! Of all the vets I’ve used since moving to Florida, they’re my favorite.”

“The moment we stepped in ... with our Frenchie, Snoozy ... The staff at the front desk welcomed us and let us know that we would soon be taken care of (there was a customer before us checking in). We were pleased to find Paw Haven to be very clean and to have a friendly atmosphere. Mark was our Tech and Dr. Sutton examined Snoozy giving her a complete check-up and administering shots.
