Ferraro Rocher promotion in the front door is a scam! It says 50% off then when l got to the cashier is just for Walgreens card holders. They should put in big letters that are just for Walgreens card holders.The employee gave me a weird look just bc l said l didn't know.Second time l have problems in this Walgreens. Won't come back ever again.

location has really gone down hill, used to be fantastic customer service. not sure what changed, pharmacist is a bit of a tool with no manners, staff is impatient and unable to explain themselves clearly. save yourself some trouble and go to the location on 1st, excellent customer service.

The worst pharmacy ever. I dont know who's running that place but if you want to waste time and money and get incorrect information then thats your pharmacy. Never again. I will drive an extra 5 - 10 miles not to have to deal with that place!

I was trying to get a 5x7 and I ordered it online to get it from the location on first Street. Well I didn't have any notification about it until I went to the store trying to locate my product and they had trouble finding it. Little did I know that they don't make those size magnets at the first Street location and that it was just changed on the email. I felt so dumb after the whole ordeal. So I drove all the way over here and then I got it. One of the ladies working could have been nicer but Johnathan is doing well in providing services. They have a lot of interesting things here. I liked this Haribo gold bear.

How does this pharmacy stay in business? WalMart runs a better pharmacy. The ONLY reason I go here is because my insurance has some kind of agreement with Walgreens, so I am not covered at any other pharmacy. I am forced to use Walgreens.I have issues month after month with this pharmacy. And, heaven forbid my doctor sends in a new or different prescription. They seem to always put new prescriptions on 'hold' but never reach out to me or the doctor. I only find out after days of calling the automated number that says they're 'working on the prescription' and will call me when its ready. When I finally call and talk to someone, I'm given some reason they can't fill it until they either talk to me personally or talk to my doctor.In addition to having new prescription issues and refill issues, this pharmacy seems to be extremely understaffed - probably because staff is wasting so much time handling issues like the above. Often they close the drive thru window (which I do not usually use) funneling everyone inside to wait in a long line that stretches down the aisle. While waiting in this line I have often seen other people with the same issues of getting their prescriptions filled - finding out days later that there was some kind of issue that was never brought to anyone's attention.

There’s nothing more aggravating than trying to call the pharmacy for advice on a prescription that you picked up from them, when every paper you have says to consult with a pharmacist for questions. But yet I got pushed around by the pharmacy technician to call my doctor even when I was just asking general questions about the medication and if there’s generic versions without the same side effects and warnings. I love not feeling safe enough to take a new prescription and them not giving me any advice. I will definitely look for a new pharmacy as the staffing at this one has gone way down hill. Patient care definitely doesn’t radiate with their team. Ralph was amazing when he worked here, but I guess him and all the genuine workers left. Hopefully corporate will care enough to make a change! OUR HEALTH MATTERS

Store itself is great, the pharmacy is understaffed. I have experienced late Rx, long drive thru lines and many phone calls to sort things out.

Not sure what happened with the pharmacy but it is almost impossible to get routine scripts filled without issues. The pharmacy deleted 1 of our prescriptions and they made it our problem not theirs. There is no longer any professionalism in this store. The employees act as though they are doing you a favor by being open.

After three hours of the doctor sending a prescription they claim they don't have I ask if they can call the doctor to verify to which I'm told that they are not allowed to call anyone even a week ago they did just that. Customer service is terrible and they need better training.

As with everyone else's experience, they keep telling us the prescription will be next day. It has been told to us 5 times. What will it take, someone to die before meds are available? Maybe a lawyer needs to talk to them.

I called this pharmacy on 8/3/22to find out if two of my Rx’s were sent in by my doctor. I was informed by a tech that this store received my Rx’s and they were on hold until my fill date of 8/5/22. So on the morning of 8/5/22 at appx 9:00 am Est I called the pharmacy to fill two my my medications. These medications were not filled prior to today, because they can only be filled two days prior. I instructed the pharmacy tech that one of my medications needed the pharmacist to manually authorize & bill though my health ins. & if I needed a new PA that I wanted my medication filled today using GoodRx. So, that my husband could pick up my medication yesterday. Your staff proceeded to tell my husband that my medication was filled on 8/3/22 & was picked up. That is a complete lie!!! Your pharmacy’s lack of communication, unwillingness, dudeligance to assist a patient in need and poor customer service is a huge inconvenience and frustration to me! There has been many issues with then new pharmacy management and your store or customer service has failed to contact us back about previous complaints! I wouldn’t recommend use it the Walgreens by LEGOLAND, in Winter Haven, FL!! Please close store #5328

Worst pharmacy I have ever experienced at a Walgreens. I had an appointment for a vaccination at 11:30 recently. I made my appointment over a week out. Got there and there was one person Bianca working the customer service counter and drive thru she was pretty busy so I understood her less than friendly attitude. Yet there were at least 5 people filling prescriptions in the back. You would have thought someone would have came up to assist her. But no one did. There was no one but me waiting for a vaccination at the time. 11:30 turned into 12:15. I approached the counter and the woman Bianca mumbled something to me without even offering an apology or looking my way. I sat back down and 15 minutes later the person who would administer my vaccination came out and rattled off some excuse as to why I had to sit there an hour when no one else was there for a vaccination except one other customer that came in about 12:15 and asked me how long I had been waiting. The woman administering the shot told me the vaccination had to sit out for a while they just couldn’t administer it immediately. My question is, since I made my appointment a week out why can’t you review your appointment log and see what vaccinations will be needed for the day. Couldn’t you have taken the vaccination out at 10:30 or even 10:45 so that it would be ready at 11:30??? I have been to other Walgreens for vaccinations and this has never occurred. I was talking to a friend after my vaccination and she said the same thing happened to her at this location. I wish I had known before. I have had the same vaccination at Winn Dixie. At Winn Dixie you never have to wait an hour! 15 minutes tops and everyone is very courteous. Horrible customer service and lame excuses. Never again will I go to this location. They just can’t handle it.

The last few times I have used the drive through service, it has been at least 20 to 30 minute waits. Usually only two or three cars ahead of me too. They really need to either staff up or train their associates…30 minutes just feels excessive

Trying to get on the phone for my prescription from the pharmacy and they hang up on me as I’m on hold. Someone even answered the phone and told us to “hold on.” And as I said hung up on us. Medicine isn’t a joke Walgreens do better

Walgreens - Store #5328 5545 CYPRESS GARDENS BLVD Winter Haven, FL 33884 Is just amazing! Anytime you walk up o this pharmacy they will take care of you. The staff really should take pride in the way they handle things and customers. Thank you to them for always going above and beyond.
