Not bad never more than a couple hours they make you unhook your trailer and take pictures but even that excited still fast compared to a lot of these other companies and warehouses also they don't charge lumper fees!

Have a great experience here.appointment at 5:30am, checked in at 4:15am. Have a door between 48—59, unloaded begin at 5:09am, get paperwork at 6:30am. Nice people here. Thanks

What the heck the security guard turned me back around for trying to check in at 11:45am to my 1 pm appt he said come in 15 minutes with attitude. Are these useless people really trying to make truckers lives even more harder then it is.

Good evening. This Distribution center in Winter Haven has to be the best in the country. I arrived early and was going to try and park for the night, but couldn't find any parking for 50 miles. So I proceeded to the DC to ask where I could park. The guard was super nice and call Steve the dry shipping manager. I was floored by what I heard. Send him to a door and we can get him off loaded. This never happens in our line of work. Not as early as I am.Walmart has a great group of guys here.

Hwy 544. Turn at flashing light which takes you to the truck entrance. Go down that road and turn right at water tower to guard shack. Walmart trucks use left lane. OTR trucks right lane. 1 driver in guard shack at a time. I arrived at 0530 for 0630 appt and only 6 trucks in front of me to the guard shack. Took me 40 minutes to get to the guard shack. When I went back to my truck there were more trucks in line. If they had a 630 appointment, they are late because of the slow guard. You have to drop your trailer in the door and check in within 10 minutes of your appointment time or you’re considered late, other Walmart DCs allow 1 hour after appointment time before being marked late. I made it to the window at 0620 because there was no line inside but I had to wait for clerk to finish what she was doing before tending to me. I would suggest going about 1 1/2 hours before appointment time so you’ll make it through the lines. Empty call at 0800. Pretty fast unloading.

Just a warning drivers, if you’re bringing in dry freight they give you doors 48 through 59. You have to wait for one of those to open up. Make sure if you’re waiting on a door, and you’re getting close to your actual appointment time, go inside to the window and check in. If you miss your appointment time because you’re waiting on a door. They will mark you late. that is their trick on how not to pay detention. Giving them two stars only because they have a restroom.

Worst place to delivery. I been at many Walmart DC and this is the only one the supervisor are really bad. I arrive to make my delivery here my appointment is at 8:30 and they don’t allow me to get in because is to early, really 2 hrs and that’s early, for a water load. Wooowww! when normally ALL RECEIVERS AND SHIPPER ALLOW drivers to check in at least 2 before appointment time. Start work in your trash and don’t be lazy because if we late we don’t have any choice just to reschedule but if we are early is a problem too pretty sad that
