The people shoppers are still getting in the way they block the aisles. I said something to the store managers more than once. The Walmart workers in general still need an attitude adjustment every time you ask for help you get the rolling of eyes or l love this one,"no speak English" or I don't know I don't work this department, it doesn't make for a pleasant shopping experience. I hate shopping at either Walmart, we really don't have a choice in this area. This is July 19th and still nothing has been done about anything. Walmart's all over the internet if you follow it, and after talking to the managers about this small problem it still hasn't gotten any better. I like shopping early morning and the managers are there so I get to see them and talk to them, one day they'll listen and fix it, but I won't hold my breath. I live in the middle of the two Walmarts on Cypress gardens boulevard and I find the shelves not very well stocked so I have to go to the other Walmart and that is a pain in the butt, what makes it worse is that the other Walmart wouldn't be stocked either. Because of the rapid growth in this area and the attractions in this area it's a nightmare most of the time to go shopping with all the tourist jamming the stores. It's hard to figure out what time is the best time to get in and get out.

Walmart is so notorious for as soon as you find one thing that you like no sooner is it off the shelves. Going forward I will not be wasting a dime of my money on this company. Walmart does not sell products that are good for your health, they are more concerned about the bioengineered product that are in a result toxic and contaminating our bodies. Wake up people stop spending your money at these huge organizations that are doing nothing but aiding in your health problems.

I am writing to complement AMY at this store. She was so kind to help me this morning, Fri. 07/19/24 in the garden center, not once but twice. I thanked her but I wanted her to know just how much I appreciated it. I so hope her manager sees this too!

Ashtin in the electronics with the wireless phone was amazing ! He took his time to help us and was so patient and made sure we understood everything before leaving

Lazy and useless employees. Especially Rosemary. She was very rude. They want you to do their job and complain when things are not right. Want the customer to find out information they are paid to provide. By far the worst wallmart in polk county.

Made to feel like a criminal. Had to bag my own items then have to show my receipt to get out of the store. Won't go back.

My husband has a heart condition and for that he requires a medical alert service dog. This Walmart has allowed non-service dogs that are especially not trained to roam the store even though the sign in front clearly says their policy about pets in the store. I have reported this but it keeps happening. A previous service animal we had got attacked by a non-trained dog in a Walmart before and we are scared to go to this Walmart again until this issue is resolved. We don't want to lose another dog due to this neglect in policy. Please do not allow non-service dogs in your store or I will have to report this establishment.
