Since September 2023, the coffee dispensing machine (capussino) was damaged until January 2024, since it was repaired 6 months later. I have returned for coffee 4 times, 3 of which the machine is still damaged, when I asked the employee she told me That the problem comes from the water, it seems to me more than enough time to maintain such poor service, the general manager should take action on this matter because as far as I know, coffee is not free and Wawa sells billions of coffee daily, Like they don't have enough money to repair that, bad service, on top of that in August 2023 I ate a quesadilla, which sent me to the hospital for 3 days. I would appreciate you taking this evaluation into account and fixing this situation as soon as possible. I am available to discuss this matter with anyone in the corporation.

I went to pick up an order at Wawa where I was met by Monica who was more than unwelcoming and unhelpful gave me dirty looks when I tried to get her acknowledgment. Thank goodness for miracle who came over and helped me tremendously thank you so much miracle for taking care of me and getting my order quickly and efficiently because of you I will return to this location but Monica just needs to be trained on dealing with customers as well as delivery drivers you do your job well at preparing food just need to work on customer relations thanks again miracle ??

I tried ordering the most basic Hoagie, not toasted and no customization or add ons
The total is 7.99
If it’s a 6 dollar promotion then tax is only 49 cents
What happened to the 6 dollar hoagie?

I've been here as a customer, and as a fellow delivery driver and the wait, sometimes it gets really bad. I don't mind waiting for my order when it is for me. But the Wait to an Order that has already been paid Online and Not ready at estimated time and waiting 15min+ now that's Not Good. The reason I give 4 Stars and No less is because I've seen the employees working their A.** Off This might need more employees at least in the kitchen to avoid late orders being delivered. Other than that... the place is alright.

I love this Wawa. I have never had a serious issue. Also Cat is always so friendly and welcoming it does not matter the time I come if she is there I know it’ll be an even better experience.

The Fountain drink machine wasn't mixing correctly at all. My soda was all carbonated water. The 2 subs we get were pretty sub par. Had government cheese, and the cold cuts tasted like rubber. I remember when Wawa sandwiches were amazing in Pennsylvania. I guess they're not so good in Florida. Such a shame.
