Have had the same account for 32 years . Through 3 bank takeovers. I worked for Great Western, then First Union so I'm pretty familiar with check holds on a large deposit.Not the problem, the problem is receiving a receipt showing a partial availability of deposit and the release of final funds statement.Like many on here I was appalled at the at the time I stood waiting at the front of the line before being addressed. The bank sent a survey, I gave my opinion of the transaction.I was called and message was left to return the call to the branch manager. I tried. No answer and no ability to leave a message.My partial release of funds , this was a Union Annuities account in a large Florida bank , was reversed the day after . Only explanation the customer service representative gave me was that it was flagged for unusual account activity. I received no communication from the bank . The funds were available for 24 hrs , then disappeared. My account shows that the bank will hold All of the deposit for the full 9 days.Beware thinking you have funds from a deposit receipt. They could reverse it with no communication.I will never answer a survey or step foot in that branch again .Time to seriously consider a new bank . A shame after so many years of being a loyal customer.

Stopped at drive through today. Waited behind only one car for 15 minutes. I am a Wells Fargo customer. I just wanted to break several $100 bills to get $20's. I showed my debit card to show that I was a customer. She said she had to see my driver's license. I handed her cash, just wanted smaller bills and felt like I was a criminal. She made a rude comment before giving me my money after taking her time doing it. No wonder this location has a low rating.

I waited in line forever I had two checks to cash I am not account holder there so they wanted to charge me $7 for each check which is ridiculous no wonder I do not Bank at Wells Fargo

Came into the bank to get a new ATM card, had no appointment to see the banker but I asked to be a walk in. Let me tell you I had the most refreshing experience with this banker Marco Z. He was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and VERY informative. His patience was remarkable. I left not only a new card but a way to save 2% on my existing card. Wells Fargo should be bless to have a young man like him. I will recommend this location anyone. They are very helpful, and friendly.

The drive-thru has not been available for quite some time. There is a drive-thru ATM available, however you cannot make deposits in it. There is a walk-up ATM machine that also does not accept deposits. Walk inside and only 2 tellers are serving customers with a long line in the lobby. Please make the ATMs full service and get the drive-thru up and running again!
