I usually get good service here, but today I got an employee who used the a snappy tone when speaking to me about my error. I think she could have spoken differently to start with and maybe needs better customer service training that's more in line with the Publix reputation as a place where shopping is a pleasure.

Thankful to a kind and honest employee named Wesley. He found my wallet and turned it in. He would not accept a tip. I am very grateful to him. Merry Christmas sir.

I pretty much do all of my grocery shopping at Publix. Unfortunately, whenever I have negative experiences, it's at this particular one. Some of the cashiers are lacking customer service etiquette. Additionally, it seems like name tags are being hidden purposely. This is my last visit to this branch.
