This is my 2nd purchase from Discount Tire. My first purchase was 5 tires and wheels mounted and balanced etc. shipped to my home and I put them on myself. I got 63,000 miles on the set of tires! All Terrain tires on a Jeep!!!
So I ordered the same tires this time. But I'm older now so had them shipped to the store in Winter Haven, FL. Called and made my appointment. Showed up and they were so busy but my appointment was kept on time!
A small little hiccup on the spare tire to go on the back of the Jeep, but a wonderful young man, Cyle took good customer service to a higher level!!!! Cyle went way above my expectations and long story short, my wife's car will need tires next year and I'll be giving Cyle a call to take care of them for me.
