They called me that the vehicle was fixed and when I went to pick it up it had a plastic that didn't fit, I told the employee and they took the car to fix the problem, 10 minutes later I looked again and there was a pool of glue, I told the manager look at that, that's not fixing it, he got really upset as if it was my fault, then they called my wife to tell her that I broke the part, really? are you kidding me? a new part? really? whatever, then at front desk treated me well, but the manager provided terrible service and was not at all professional.

I brought my 2022 Hyundai Tucson to Williams Collision after being rear-ended waiting at a traffic light. Basically the whole rear of my car had to be replaced. I also had the hood of my car repainted because the original paint was starting to chip off. When I got my car back it was in showroom condition. The car looked and ran like the first day I took it home from the dealer. It was perfectly clean inside and out. I can’t tell the difference between the original parts and paint and the repaired ones. I highly recommend Williams Collision for any body work your vehicle may need. I am definitely going back to them in the future if needed.

Did a great job repairing the bumper and rear hatch to our Traverse. Just make sure you check your signals when leaving. My wife had noticed that the right blinker is indicating that there's a bulb out, this should've been checked before. But, otherwise, the work was good.

From getting greeted by the kitties, and picking up my car, they did an amazing job. They even cleaned my car, super amazed with this great job ! I know a lot of people have trust issues when it comes to body work on there car. Honestly it was the best decision to go with williams collision center. I would like to add that my insurance geico recommended them.

I got my car repaired at the shop recommended as a preferred repair shop from my insurance progressive. My experience with them has been a 10 out of 10. I worked with Mark throughout my repair process and he was very kind and attentive. I would recommend this shop to anyone

I must say the professionalism is amazing and the service 10out of 10 I took my Hyundai Tucson sel hybrid in on a Friday and had it out by the following Friday the work was excellent. Only took them 4.5 days to repair since they are closed on weekends and they also washed and detailed the car amazing highly recommended .

Great customer service and very nice, helpful staff. We definitely be back for any more car repairs. Mr Williams is very good business and VERY reasonable. Charla and Ryan are great too! Would give 6 stars if I could.

Worst experience ever!!!! Had my car more than 2 weeks, fed me lies the whole time about inspections they never did then told me they wasn’t able to work on my car because my insurance company owe them money for another car they have!! I was always told let me call you back for two weeks straight and never called back. My insurance adjuster never had been contacted by them for anything!!! Very unprofessional (Amanda). I would recommend 0 stars

I was recommended this place by my progressive insurance! This place was super fantastic and was extremely flexible with all my needs. I unfortunately couldn’t pay my deductible all at once & they allowed me to split the payment into 2 payments. Car still had to stay at the shop as the bill wasn’t paid in full yet! Times are tough and I’m so glad they worked with me. My car got hit by a pig and they did fabulous work! 10/10. The front desk girl is so friendly too. Great place to take your car if it needs fixed!

This shop was recommended to me by my insurance company, Progressive. Williamson Collision Center made my unfortunate event very manageable by providing clear communication and expectations, timely response, and timely delivery. I appreciate everyone who assisted with getting my vehicle repaired. My car looks great. When I saw it I was extremely happy and satisfied with their impeccable work. I would have never known it if I didn’t see it for myself that two weeks ago my whole front end was ripped off. Thank you so much from your satisfaction customer. Added before and after photos.

Place was awful. They lied about being able to fix something, and couldn't even paint it right. If you say you can fix something, live up to your word. They couldn't even buff the pain correctly, then had attitudes when I brought it back. Do not recommend this place at all

Fantastic experience getting my son’s truck repaired after an accident. Communication was great and they got the work done when they said they would. His truck came back cleaner than when we dropped it off. They went way above and beyond!

My Daughter's brand new 2025 Malibu was in for repair after being hit in a parking lot. When she picked it up the repairs looked ok but she later noticed all of the glass was scratched (windshield, side windows, and rear window), to the point on the windshield that it makes driving at night difficult. After contacting them we have been told there is no way it could of happened in their shop. The car was less than 3 months old and had not even been through a car wash yet. I believe someone wiped the sanding dust off of the windows with a rag and caused the scratches. I was told that that would not cause the scratches and was also told that they were working on the back of the car and the windshield wouldn't have had enough dust on it to cause the scratches even if they did wipe it off. I'm not saying this a common problem with this business but there is no other explanation for the scratches and they should take some responsibility for it. My daughter will now probably have to make her own claim with her insurance to have all of the glass and tinting replaced on her brand new car.
