I had a bad experience with this dealer, and apparently I'm not the only one. They advertise one price on different websites, and then it turns out the actual price is different, and of course, more expensive. They use deceptive advertising.

Worst dealer I have ever gone. Very untrustworthy people. Overcharged and new problems as you get car back. I don’t recommend doing any service at this dealership.

I came there after numerous bad sales techniques at other locations. Dustin was very patient and calm in our transaction. Turned the bad taste of car salesman around! I will tell everyone I know to buy a car from him! So happy with my Passport!

Mike Ash provided, Probably, the best dealer service I have experienced in my lifetime ....Just moved here, wasn't asking for anything....Out of the blue today's work was complimentary. I will be returning, and offering my low mileage vehicle to them 1st as well...

I initially contacted WH Honda via email regarding inventory online. Ashlei responded with a kind and professional email and remained that way throughout the experience. She was not pushy, threatening, and never lead me to believe that the car I was interested in was going to be gone ASAP and I needed to move on it now. About a week later I reached back out and had the same great experience.
When we arrived to the dealership, we were met by someone outside asking if we were working with someone.
The entire experience was efficient and friendly. George helped us through the financing portion which was also efficient and smooth. This was the best car buying experience ever! I highly recommend this dealership.

Bought a new Honda Civic Hybrid we love the car but the salesperson Josh was inexperienced and told us that he would include certain things but it was not true ,also he and the person who calculates the payments made several mistakes now are blaming the fact that they switched cars as too the reasons why they cannot honor what he originally said when it was they're errors not ours and it took 2 weeks for them to tell us ,I am totally disappointed in the customer service we were given.

Pretty unbeatable customer service. Went for an oil change at this location for first visit. We got a shuttle to an from a restaurant while our service was being performed. Staff was friendly and very helpful during our visit.

Just had a wonderful experience with the service department. Armando service technician and Mike service advisor are very thorough. They were courteous and professional. The are liers! Sent an email stating that if you go you’d get a gift card of $500 to push you go over there once you are in there and you are not able to meet for the loan they give a $25 gift card only! The saleswoman who rendered at my arriving was new I was not not sure if she was trained because did not have proper answer; manager ran my credit 12 tienes without my permission be aware stay away stay off!

Because of Jasmine and the team, I had an A+ experience! Jasmine was knowledgeable, transparent, and went to bat for me to get the best possible deal on a short timeline. Poor customer service. We were trying to get information on how to transfer warranties after the death of the purchaser. What we got were broken promises (“we’ll have someone call you with that info”), and inaccurate answers (“all the info you need will be in the documents on the thumb drive that came with the car”). Then S in Finance Dept was unresponsive after I left a polite and detailed voicemail asking for help. The single star is for Jordan P, who was very polite and efficient during our webchat. Trying to settle an estate is no fun, and Winter Haven Honda folks were disinterested in helping us.

This review is overdue. Last August I went to WH Honda to help my daughter with the purchase of a new car. I had spoken with Laila Lane over the phone and mentioned we were on our way to please have the car at front so we could look at it. As soon as we arrived Laila Lane received us with a professional, courteous and a smile. Laila immediately walk us to the car and we begin the process. Laila listened to my concerns and answered every question. She was always the sweetest and professional sales person I have ever worked with. Laila care and value our time and the process took less than two hours from the moment we arrived until with left. Also, prices were fair and they really like to sale. WH Honda did everything in their power to make it happen. I also have experienced their service department with my son's civic for over 2 years and is fantastic service. I can said that if you are looking to buy a Honda this is your dealership. Great experience, service and professionalism but you must ask for LAILA LANE. Thank you Laila for the great service and experience.
