I would never recommend this florist to anyone. My daughter suffered a loss & an out of state relative ordered flowers through 1800flowers. They, I assumed, filled the order through this local florist, & a small bouquet with a Happy Birthday balloon with a birthday card with a very personal birthday message addressed to someone else was delivered around 8pm on a Friday. The delivery person (who spilled half the water in the vase in our hallway) accepted our tip, & quickly ran down the stairs. Within minutes, my husband looked at the delivery card with address, & caught up with the man. The delivery guy stated ‘ that’s the wrong card that got mixed up with the order’, & took off. It sure was mixed up, & we placed calls to this florist for the next 3 days explaining the situation. They said they would correct the order & send out a new bouquet, but on the third day when this wasn’t done, the florist said they wouldn’t be delivering another bouquet because 1800Florist ‘cancelled’ the order (which was never done by the sender)! This has made this difficult time so much worse for our family. And I feel sorry for the person who's ‘happy birthday’ gift was never received. I would recommend that you don’t ever use this florist if you want your order delivered correctly. Reading other reviews, it sounds like they’ve missed the mark consistently in customer service & quality.

THESE ARE THE WORST FLOWERS I HAVE EVER RECIEVED - Flowers arrived wilted and damaged at 6pm, card indicates they were required to arrive by 12pm. Do not purchase from this company, they are overpriced and they will not answer the phone

I went for an interview, they say we expect you to do a route today. They sent me to Mount Dora not knowing or concerned if I had petro. I have yet to be paid from 12/22/23. This company sucks. Find another florist,

We received a gift of a Christmas cactus. It looks like it fell out and fell apart in transit and was delivered in very poor condition. It was not even contained in an inside plastic pot. The dirt and plant are in foil gift wrap inside a small container. I’m sure the sender spent a lot more on it than the way it appears. It isn’t even blooming and it is completely dry.

Received Flowers without a note of who they were from. just a note with the phone number of the florist. I called the florist and no answers after multiple calls.Now how am I to Thank for the flowers?Do Better.

Don't trust them! You pay a high premium for convenience and low quality. I purchased their extra large bouquet and 2 balloons. They outsourced to a "local" florist. They delivered a small bouquet and one balloon! Their customer service multiple times said I would receive a $48.13 refund from the $100+ purchase. That was back in July! Spoke to them again in August and was told partial refund was issued back to my PayPal. It wasn't... False promises, sub par products and services. Save yourselves the headache and go to a florist near you so you can make sure you know what you're getting. 1-800 Flowers is a joke and would never do business with them or affiliates.

THEY SAY THEY ARENT AFFILIATED WITH 1-800 FLOWERS THEN WHEN YOU ORDER ONLINE FROM 1-800 FLOWERS THE ORDER IS SENT TO THEM THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND IF YOU ARENT AFFILIATED WITH 1-800 FLOWERS HOW DID I GET MY REFUND THEN?Crazy.Unbelievable terrible experience. They sent my order to the wrong address then i had to go and pick it up while being sick. And i ask for a refund for the shipping fees and also a refund for the wrong balloons and Ashely the rude woman working said i can’t speak to her manager this is a private business so i called 1-800 Flowers directly and got a full refund. Disappointed Disgusting she had the audacity to say i harassed her for asking for a refund and because i told her im calling better business bureau i cant make this up. This business is an inconvenience to my life funniest part is she told me i was harassing her and i told her im a lawyer and if she would like to take that up in court thats fine by me what a joke. Never again terrible business and no i will not remove this review because its all true.

I ord flowers through the website 1800FLOWERS 4 DAYS IN ADVANCE I never received my delivery they said they sent it to the wrong address then they will provide me with a new order. I said no i need my flowers today can i just come and pick them up. Upon going to the Shop to pick the flowers up the women Ashley wouldnt not refund me for the inconvenience or refund my $25 shipping fee they gave me the wrong balloons and everything then she said she cant do anything because shes not a manager.... So as any other customer would say "Can i speak with your manager" she replies no you can not this is a private owned business and we dont gove out personal information then i asked her so what am i supposed to do? Trust you to actually call her to give me my refund so i leave the shop and call them on the phone and say this seems pretty odd you can't help me. Then she says are you harassing me. Then I just simply said ill let better business bureau handle this because this is unbelievable i called customer service for 1-800 flowers and got a full refund so laugh at that Ashley thanks for making me come out while i was sick on my Anniversary to ruin my day this place should close down

Two consecutive days I have been trying to deal with this company. Ordered flowers to be delivered to someone having a rough time. Two consecutive days they sent an email that "We attempted to deliver your gift, but were unable to do so." The fact is, I have cameras facing my driveway, and no delivery was ever attempted. I don't care about prices, but lying to me I cannot tolerate.

The delivery driver dropped the flowers at the wrong location and left without verifying. When I inquired to be refunded for the service fee, not the entire amount because the recipient received the flowers eventually, I was offered a $20 store credit and a redelivery.

Flowers I received wilted next day. No flower preserve packet included. I couldn't find name of flower store to call or website. Was told by friends to call # on back ofcard. I did the lady wasn't helpful.I don't expect new flowers, just want to inform shop. I get flowers sent often. And send also.Thank you.??.
