I paid 100 dollars for a dot drug test after I was assured I would receive the results by a specified time. I drove directly to the facility where I was turned away due to time restraints on part of the facility. I called ADT to receive a refund for the test they refused to administer and then was refused reimbursement by a drone of a employee who only would repeat that they do not give refunds whenever I asked a question.

BECAREFUL! BIG RIP Off! Despite being a Florida company, they are not permitted to be a BBB member! I purchased this for co-workers in NY, and they went to multiple locations listed on their website throughout Brooklyn, and all areas did not honor their pass and need to know who they are or perform DOT pre-employment testing. I tried calling the number online, and it went to a voicemail, "FULL." No refund even though I was not able to contact them. Instead of caring for their consumers with attempts to remedy this issue, they rather ignore them and spend time to dispute credit card charges. If you check my other postings, I do not give many negative reviews like this, but as a medical professional, I do not want to see my colleagues get robbed. If you are already a victim of their scam, you can file complaints through the Federal Trade Commission (FTC): and local consumers agency (Ex.

this place is a joke I paid for a 5 panel hair test on the 8th went that afternoon to the place they sent me 45 miles from were I live to be told they didn't do hair test so I called them they give me another place to go on the 9th no one ever asked me how long my hair was which is at least 1 1/2 to 2 inches long this place was 46 miles on the other direction to get there and be told for the test they do my hair was not long enough. so I called back they found a place 54 miles away from there and round trip back to my house was over 100 miles and it was closed for the day so I had to wait tell Monday and got there to be told again they didn't do hair. so I called back and just asked for my money back and was told they didn't give me refunds but they didn't have anywhere else they could send me to be told I would have to wait another 4 days for the owner to get back because the manager couldn't make that decision bullshit there is no decision they could perverted the service they said they could and I have to wait to find another place because they want refund my 140 dollars and this was and emergency about my son I would give them 5 minutes 0 if ii could

If inconsistencies is what you're into then this is definitely the place for you. I own a trucking company and wanted to test the professionalism and format before I set up the " reliable drug consortium ". I've been waiting for over a week for results of the urinalyses that I took. I've spoken to everyone from the desk clerk to the custodian and no one knows where my results are or when it will be ready. I paid 99.99 for a service that hasn't been rendered and I've spent countless hours on hold figuring out the problem. Now I just want my money back. The young lady that answered the phone said " oh yeah it's non refundable " but service hasn't been provided so it is definitely refundable. I'm questioning is the place a facade and a way to scam money.. I plan on taking every step to find out!

Ordered and paid for a 5 panel rapid test on Tuesday aug 2nd, with the promise of 24 hour results I needed it by Aug 4. 24 hours passed and I called Wednesday evening spoke with a representative told me they were in and that they will be to me by the end of the day. I explained I chose this test because at the very latest I need it first thing Thursday morning. I woke up Thursday no email. I started calling the two numbers that I had at 730 in the morning no answer left a voicemail on both, no return call, left a typed message online nothing! I finally got through on the phone at about 4pm ish (now over 48 hours) I was told that, the internet an phone was down at one of the main facilities, and that my information was there. That's all well and good I understand that things happen, but if my results were already in before the outage, why am I still waiting? I've read the reviews and I saw they have a F with the BBB (not actually accredited with them) all the same type of complaints and they are tricky enough with their refund policy that it doesn't matter what they advertise or say your money is theirs. I didn't even ask for a refund because it's obviously pointless. This is a "multi million dollar company" you can't get someone to push a message to its paying customer that they are having technical issues? You know like remotely add a banner to the website or change the voice mail messages.. they have millions according to their own responses in google reviews. But me im out 80 and a job opportunity. So thank you. And yes parts of my personal experience are an isolated incident, which never had to happen. But now with time reading the reviews this is just a normal practice. They shouldn't be allowed to advertise things they aren't capable of handling. I used both numbers all day called 8-10x each. And it literally says on their website call we answer! The woman that I spoke to was incredibly nice, but I did not get the service that I paid for, and it has cost me a job. I'm just one person not a "multi million dollar company" but I will never recommend them and I will never use them again. You can keep the credit. Also I see that atleast (5) willing to bet all of your 5 star ratings (on google) come from your own staff not sure if that counts as a misrepresentation, but it's certainly suspicious.

My employer made two separate appointments for me to get drug tested here. The first time I showed up for the time my employer told me to arrive, the Drug Testing office was closed. The second time I showed up they told me they stopped taking collections at 5pm (I was there at 5:30), so I would have to come back. The only problem is my employer said I had to take the test within 48 hours, so now I've passed that window. Not happy.

This company is stink garbage on a sunny day!!!!! I ordered a drug test for a family member on 03/12/2022 and it is now 03/24/2022 and still no results. Each time I call, I am put on hold for 15 minutes for each person I talk to. The excuses for not having the results as yet range from, "there is a delay" to "we are still within the time frame". There is no way that it should take almost 2 weeks to get the result of a marijuana test. I told the last representative I spoke with that they can keep the results and all I want is a refund and was told they do not process refunds. Highly unethical for a company to keep your money even though they didn't provide what you paid for. I would never use or recommend this scam of a company to anyone. STAY AWAY PEOPLE!!!!

I googled to find Covid Antibody tests in my area because I was denied access to an important class for lack of vaccination and hoped if I could show I was naturally immunized (I had Sars2/Covid a month earlier) that I might still be admitted. Also, I have a trip to Mexico scheduled for dental work and wanted to have something I could present at the border crossing. After sifting through results, Accredited Drug Testing ("ADT") seemed to have the more comprehensive test I was looking for. I called, explained why I was needing a test, and was set up with an account, charged $109 (nonrefundable), and was told I would get an Antibody/IgG test. Sounded appropriate. Shortly after, LabCorp emailed me an appointment date for the next day, Friday. I visited LabCorp's website to find out more about the tests and began to get nervous that I wasn't going to get the appropriate test, as no one had confirmed what kind of results the test would give (quantitative or simply exposure), but LabCorp did appear to offer those tests, so I was hopeful. However, when I went to the appointment at LabCorp the next day (Friday) I asked Reception what kind of test I would be getting and whether it was Quantitative or Semi-Quantitative, as was listed on their website. I was told it was neither. It was an "Antibody/IgG" and that it would only indicate exposure. Obviously, that was not an appropriate test. I HAD Covid, and didn't need to know if I had been exposed. After a brief discussion with Reception I declined the test and called ADT. The agent took my question about changing the test request because the original agent apparently had not understood my requirements, and I was put on hold for more than 10 minutes. I hung up and made the half-hour trip back home. I tried calling again (same Friday) and got a helpful agent, but after holding while he asked some superiors, he got back on the line to say I needed to speak with a manager who was not available that day and I should call back on Monday. I called back on Monday and spoke with the manager explaining I had been assigned the wrong test, asked for the quantitative or semi-quantitative test and, if not available, would they issue a refund. Apparently, the quantitative tests are being restricted for emergency only. She told me she needed to consult with an expert about the quantitative tests, she could call me back within half an hour. She never called back. That was a total of three calls to try to rectify the situation. I was not rescheduled, not given the type of test I had specifically outlined, not offered a refund or remedy for their negligence in assigning an inappropriate test, nor was I able to speak with anyone who was familiar with the type of test I had outlined. Finally, I checked on the Better Business Bureau website to see if I could register a complaint, only to find that Accredited Drug Testing is not a member. So it looks like I am SOL for $109.

I arranged and paid for a drug screening with Accredited Drug Testing, the clinic they sent me to failed twice on two different days to provide the service I paid for, the first time because there wasn't a man present to observe, the second time because they couldn't figure out an issue with the doner pass. When I contacted Accredited Drug Testing to get a refund, they refused. My only option was to go back to that clinic, which is an hour away, a third time. So now I'm out a $100 and no drug test. Be careful with these people, they're very shady.

Totally unscrupulous!! I purchased a hair follicle test in the Bellingham, WA area. I even picked my location out of several. However, AFTER I paid for it, I received an email that said the testing location was 2 1/2 hours away, with a FERRY ride!!. Working everyday, and it being time sensitive to get it done, that was impossible. The Pacific North West is very populous, Everett, Lynnwood, Marysville, Seattle, any of those would have been closer than Poulsbo, WA. They misrepresent the amount of testing locations they offer, and use their "Terms of Service" as a way to cheat and steal. As you register, there is a sentence which i was fine agreeing to..... "Preferred Location: The preferred testing location listed below will be used to schedule the test you have selected. In the event the test you have selected is unavailable at that location an alternate testing center in the SAME zip code area will be selected for you" HOWEVER, they ADD, in their terms of service....... * In the event that a drug test, alcohol test, physical or any service scheduled is not available at the donor's preferred testing location an alternate testing center will be selected within the same zip code OR CLOSEST TO THE DONOR'S PREFERRED TESTING LOCATION. I just find it EXTREMELY hard to believe that the nearest location was 96 miles away, with a ferry ride. They stole 300 from me.
