Destiny was my customer service representative and she was extremely nice and helpful, answering all of my questions. The process to find and schedule a testing center and test was very easy. Paid over the phone and immediately got my receipt and a barcode to show the testing center at my convenience over the next 7 days. Was referred to a very convenient urgent care facility to collect my specimen.

BOGUS TEST! I dont think they even tested my 150 pieces of hair they collected! charged my 159.99 for a Totally Negative test! Told me that I was NEGATIVE For EVERYTHING! I paid for the 10 Panel Test! The Boss was to call me back & never did! I called my charge card Company to Disbute the charge for a Phony Test! I can't get my Hair Back & I wasted 2 hours of my time getting this Stupid Test! I even asked them if they wanted my med list! They did not & all the results came back Negative! So now I cant even use this test for anything!

They made me an appointment for Saturday at 7 o’clock in a facility that was not open on Saturday. I stood outside in the parking lot for a half hour on the phone trying to find out where I could go and get a test. It was a debacle.

I’ve had a pleasant experience each and every time that I’ve used ADT!! It’s so simple to set up and everyone has been very helpful. They offer discounts if you end up having to use them multiple times. I’m currently on probation but doing remote drug screening. ADT has made this process so much easier on me. It’s definitely worth every penny. I definitely recommend them to anyone I come across needing to get any kind of testing done.

Where do I start?!! ADT and all the employees I had the pleasure of speaking with (John, Taylor and I’m so sorry I can’t remember the other two names), were excellent, professional and truly went above and beyond in their compassionate care and commitment to providing me with the best service possible. I was in such a time crunch, but I was able to call, order the test, pay for it over the phone and get the test I needed within the hour. Not only did this put my mind at ease, they saved my job! They even sent results two days later and a confirmation to me that they were sent to the facility. I had to call back with questions and was assured and very well taken care of! I am forever grateful for this team of hard workers, that care, with such great work ethics! Thank you from the very bottom of my heart!!! If you need a drug, alcohol, etc… screening, these are your lifesavers!!
