Thank you David R! I had my tires installed in May at this location and my front left tire had developed a slow leak, so I went in for service. I explained the situation to David and he immediately took my truck in for service, which included an oil change since it was that time. He explained in detail how this transpired and what they did to resolve the situation. His superior customer service with a smile and attention to detail regarding my situation, ALL while helping multiple other customers, will keep me coming back for service at his location.

#1 shop around, David and Miguel saved my day. I thought I just needed an oil change, turns out my front tire was about to blow out, so happy to come to a shop that cares. My family and I will all be back!

Came in under the assumption I was going to spend an arm and a leg. This shop is for the people , no over selling or price gouging going on ; just a genuine shop that everyone should take a chance to have a great experience. There aren’t many shops I would recommend but this one here is my new go to location and if you’re in Winter Park I don’t see why you would go anywhere else. Thank you manager David and team!!!

Only one star because you just can't put zero! My daughter took her car in due to a malfunctioning windshield wiper. After seven hours of having her vehicle, they didn't even move it into the garage for inspection. My daughter called them to check on the status of any progress and they tried to convince her to purchase a new transmission! How can you recommend any transmission work when you haven't even turned the car on?? Not to mention, she came in only for her windshield wiper! Needless to say we promptly picked up the vehicle and took it to an honest mechanic. These people are rotten scam artists who try to take advantage of people! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tire in Winter Park. I arrived a little earlier than my scheduled appointment to see if they could fit me in for an oil change and brake inspection. David greeted me warmly, showed genuine kindness, and provided outstanding customer service. He was able to get me in right away.
The team worked quickly and performed the service to a high standard. They were honest and clear about what did and didn’t need attention, and they even topped off my tires for free. The service was also very reasonably prices.
I will definitely return to this location and highly recommend it to others!

Beyond grateful for David saving the day. Car troubles are never easy, and having someone who went above and beyond to take care of you makes all the difference. The hours of operation is also extremely convenient. Knowing I can have my car in and out 7 days a week during early and late hours.

10/10 recommend!! I booked an appointment the night before and had to reschedule to later the next day but David saved my time for me and was able to fit me in!!! They got it done super quickly and were so accommodating the whole time!! such a great experience overall
