Everything that this person said its TRUE. Management is very rude, maintenance guys also rude and lazy YES LAZY. I did a “lease takeover” on February 2024 and renewed the lease on May, i specifically told Isa about the damages from the previous tenant and they only repaired 1 thing which it was the sliding door. I told them theres mold in the bathroom and they just painted over it, now theres mold again, my living room was flooded on thanksgiving and nobody came and i did an emergency call. The central air broke down in summer and they brought a window unit COVERED IN MOLD! I got sick and i even got conjunctivitis from it and they didn’t care. They dont communicate AT ALL. I told them i dont feel comfortable with someone walking into my apartment without me being there and they still did whatever they want. I asked them for the owners phone number or email and they didnt want to give it to me. DO NOT RENT HERE! I PROMISE YOU THERES BETTER PLACES OUT THERE!

Yeah I don't recommended living that apartment I have couple reasons the office people are disrespectful they to be pretend to be nice if you have the money for rent the maintenance people don't want to work plus when they talk Spanish they are talking trash about you and they don't want to take any responsibility of any future damage like the bathroom wall toilet or even the kitchen they just going to make an excuses oh yeah the main office lady her family living there for free they have six people living there in second floor so basically rent free for them I feel sorry boss is losing money because of her so yeah i dont recommend living there

I'm very disappointed right now. I live in bld 628 apt 1 and a water main pipe burst under the slab which flooded my apt with 3" of water the office contacted me to inform me while i was at work .. Now its been almost a week and i'm still with out a new appartment am at the point i don't want to live there anymore..I'm not blaming the office i'm just tired of waiting on results..

This has been my home for the past 3 years, office staff really take care of their tenants and listens to our needs. Love the community and how close everything is.

I have there for 4 year I have no problems. . I love to live where I’m at . The people that live around me are friendly I recomed any one to come over and check the place out it’s Winter Park are good schools close shopping center come over see it your self ?

If I could give this Roach Infested Place 0 Stars I Would . Literally Roach Infested As I Moved Out People Told Me How They Had To Throw Out Most Of Their Appliances Due To Infestation. I Went A Whole Month With No Water To Then No Hot Water , Closed Out Work Orders Without Actually Completing Them. Doesn’t Have Enough spaces for residents to park but has a towing company on the property at night towing cars . Black Mold . That’s Just SOME of the issues I dealt with . The office staff the receptionist rude no type of real professionalism. I had to report on the receptionist to the old manager Anthony because of how nasty she is just like those apts

Cockroaches live inside the walls so no matter how much spraying or bombing they do, even when I caulked all the holes in the apartment, the roaches come back and chew through the caulk! You will have German roaches in these apartments. They also refused to accept the COVID rental relief under a moratorium and pretended it got lost in the “junk folder” excuse me but be professional and learn how to check your email properly instead of evicting people on unemployment during COVID and not accepting the government program from certain tenants but accepting it from others. Discrimination for sure. If I had not had to deal with my fathers passing literally coming home to the letter in my door I would’ve had more funds and been in the right head space to deal with it at the time but I still have all the emails from the rental relief program stating they had reached out several times in attempt to pay the costs with absolutely no reply. New manager just wanted to evict a bunch of apartments and a lot of us all left at the same time.
