At first this company was good but I keep running into a lot of confusion issues(nothing with a language barrier) after my first loan. I paid online so I felt that was a good option besides doing cash. Well the second time went in with no issues got the loan but I decided to try paying it inside but they don’t take cards in store so the gentleman told me that I could pay it online (I have memory issues from the service also so something’s just slip the mind) but after doing a third loan. I had went to pay it online and called to get my reference number I was told (by the same gentleman a month prior) that it had never been possible in his 4 years with the company to ever ever ever allow ppl to pay online. Mind you I had 2 receipts confirming my online payments in the past. So telling him this he continues to basically call me a liar bc he knows the company. Well I went to the company after I got my reference number and showed them the online portal that lets ppl access payments online. This also got escalated to the manager on duty, which he as well said I was lying until they they confirmed it with corporate as I was in the store and Ever since this issue I have tried to keep the peace I show them documents they say will work but then the same documents the manager fights me and says no those won’t work. After verification with me a day beforehand so I could come in the next day and do an easy loan. This place a mess management doesn’t even know the rules

I agree with Elaine C. This guy named JAYCE, has no customer service skills, horrible attitude, and no communication skills. When you talk to this guy it's like speaking to a brick wall with glasses. The management team there should re consider this guys position. Or transfer to a neighborhood he feels comfortable. My 11 year old child has more manners and personality than this guy.

I had a great time today at amscot, my 401 check was cashed quickly and the man who's name I can't remember was very kind and helped me with the paperwork . I came in on3-19-12 at noon
