Way overpriced. I needed the simplest thing a lab can do - draw 1 tube of blood for a test my Dr ordered. They charge $125 ! I was shocked! I checked around and other Labs do the exact same procedure for $35-$50. Look, a small business can charge anything it wants in a free market. THAT is Capitalism. But when your service is 4x everyone else - that is greedy PRICE GOUGING and taking advantage of innocent consumers. I asked to speak with the owner to find a resolution and was simply ignored. In my opinion, they deserve the same lack of respect they give us. So? Avoid them - protest with your feet and go somewhere else (plenty of other options) that has user-friendly respect for you and your budget. THAT is Democracy.

I got my blood drawn on Saturday October 25th by a woman who was sooo wonderful and SO SWEET! My results were taking a little longer so I called my doctor and they told me to call where I got bloodwork done. A women with a HORRIBLE attitude who should NOT be answering the phone was USELESS and gave me attitude stating “well… we have nothing to do with the results” all I did was ask a question and did what my doctor told me. After that I said “oh um…” and she hung up. She is in need of some serious customer service training.

This was the best place to go too! I originally wanted something done at my obgyn to at least know my hormones and they said they didn’t do that. I was lucky to find this place! The price is honestly cheaper than what I had to pay at the obgyn to be seen. Wish I had found them first!
