I brought my unit in on a days notice and Katie & Jeremy were so helpful and got it back to functioning as should in a flash! Super great people and will certainly be a returning customer.

Just purchased the 5 stage barracuda system. It was easy to install. I had many questions and calls talked to Doug he is very helpful patience and knew all the answers. I was missing a couple of items and Doug shipped them out.
I would highly recommend this product.
