I had an amazing experience with Marlon at AT&T. He was extremely patient, took his time to explain everything clearly, and made sure all of my questions were answered. Marlon went above and beyond to help me solve every issue I had. His professionalism, friendliness, and dedication truly stood out.
If you need someone who genuinely cares and will take the time to guide you through everything, I highly recommend Marlon. Thank you so much for the outstanding service! 💯👏

Since their phone hangs up if you press 1 to speak to someone I'm writing this review. I thought they were very kind and helpful but months later, I received an $80 bill from AT&T for something the store had told me would be included in my plan. I was told that I had to sign up for air to get a specific discount and to not phone AT&T directly because they can't see the discount. I was told several times that nothing would change on my plan except the price would be reduced. When I chatted with AT&T about the bill they said that I don't have to have air to have the discounted plan at all. Internet is part of my lease so I don't need an additional internet that would increase my bill! Very deceptive and underhanded. I am still trying to get air off my plan. Buyer b ware contact AT&T directly.

Junior surprised me with his expertise in his customer service. I had been without a phone number for about two years and he signed me up for no down payment, and I am super excited for what Junior did for me today and hope that he has great endeavors with AT&T.

I had such a great experience with AT&T thanks to Marlon! He was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered. Marlon made the process smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciate the level of customer service he provided. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping, but Marlon definitely did. AT&T is lucky to have him on their team!

Can’t have a very good experience if they decide to close the store early because the employees are more important than the customers. I was here at 7:48 (which is not something I would usually do) but I literally just needed to turn in my old phone by handing it to someone. But, it’s a conglomerate, so I’m assuming no one will care.
