WANDA MARTINEZ WAS AWESOME! Finally an AT&T Representative who was professional and knowledgeable demonstrating care and concern. Oh AND SHE LISTENED! After weeks of trying to resolve a non-ringing issue, I sought assistance from my AT&T store. I told the initial rep my phone wasn’t ringing and attempted to explain steps I’ve taken to resolve. He immediately cuts me off saying he can’t just give me a new phone. I let him know I knew that and have insurance. Then I asked if he was willing to let me tell my story and he said yes. He asked if I wanted to trade or replace. When I said replace directed me to a tablet stating I’d could do that myself. He didn’t even ATTEMPT to ask me for my ID or look up my account. I had to ASK him to look up my account. Then he proceeds to ask me FOR A 3RD time if my phone rings. I told him don’t ask me that again because it’s been asked and answered. He says I’m trying to help you out. You came in here saying your phone doesn’t ring. I told him I want another rep. Is someone else available? He said without looking at me but NOW looking at my account they’re all on break. He stands saying I’ll get you someone else. In SWOOPS WANDA MARTINEZ WHO ACTUALLY LISTENED! Imagine that. I asked her to please don’t ask me if my phone rings and that he’d asked me 3x. She confirmed active armour wasn’t on my phone. Then went into my account ON HER TABLET, clicked and few buttons and BOOM my phone rings! What was the issue? I deleted active armour but she needed to turn it off in their system since it sometimes glitches. Her peer was so hell bent on sending me to the tablet and asking me 4x if my phone rings, he missed an opportunity for an easy fix. But not WANDA MARTINEZ! She swept in with an “S” on her chest, listened to my concerns and didn’t focus on my frustrations. She calmly resolved my issues, did 2 test calls and explained the issue. I left with a smile. I have WANDA MARTINEZ my thanks then and now I’m giving her a much deserved shoutout! KUDOS FOR BEING THAT ONE WHO DEMONSTRATES CARE AND CONCERN! #beastmode

One of the agents named Jally was so helpful. She was very kind and patient at explaining things and offered many suggestions that were very helpful. I left the store with a smile on my face, because I now know more about the Samsung Galaxy phone and watch and how they work. Jally was very engaging and delightful to work with. She will certainly be the agent that I want to help me the next time I visit!

I want to highlight the attention of a young woman who helped me this afternoon at the Winter Park store, in North Orange, her name is Wanda, she was very nice and solved everything for me!!! I congratulate you for your treatment and efficiency!!

The staff is professional, but they don't want to help with anything that does not make them money. Even though you asked by prepaid AT&T to come to the store for help. They tell you they can not help. Then, one Rep tried to sell me a plan twice the Prepaid account's cost. AT&T fails with International outsourced customer service and having staff that authentically care about the client, not just seeking commissions. It is an excellent brand but has poor leadership and complex ways to use the website to get service and help when needed.

I have been with AT&T for 30 years. After having a horrible experience at the Milennia AT&T store attempting to purchase a new IPhone I went to the Winter Park store. Luis Gonzalez, at the Winter Park store was a welcome and refreshing experience- we bought the phone and all new accessories - he set it up-all I had to do when I got home was fill in my information. It was more than I expected and I will go there, to the Winter Park store and to Luis again for STELLAR SERVICE.

Purchased a $40 “warranty” for my screen protector. Then a year later finally decide to use it because my protector was cracked and they wanted to charge me $8. Why did I pay $40 for a warranty to turn around and pay $8 every time I use it? DO NOT BUY A SCREEN PROTECTOR OR WARRANTY FROM THIS PLACE. You can get the same screen protector online for under $5. They are a ripoff and scammed me out of $40.

I had the pleasure of working with Ance. He was awesome to work with. Answered all my questions and was very easy going. Wasn't pushy with what phone I should get. I had a great experience and if I am in Florida again I will be coming back for any phone troubles.

I have been into this store several times, there is a young woman with long dark hair what is EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL. She is the reason we will change providers. ATT will not get any future business phone or cable.

432 N Orlando Ave, Winter Park, FL 32789 The WORST customer service we have ever received has been from a young woman with long dark hair, she has never been friendly or helpful and because of the poor service we have received from this woman we will switch to a different provider. You will never get our cell, cable or internet business.

Thanks a lot to the guy who sold me a phone with HALF the storage space as my previous phone. He did not even ask about my storage needs now I have been in a huge mess trying to upload 125gb of photos and videos onto clouds I have to pay for which aren't even working or I get to return this and wait a month for the phone I need to get shipped to Me while I use my old device that hardly even works anymore. Add to that they tried to have me pay a "re stock" fee. I obviously wasn't going to be having that. THANKS A LOT GUYS!!!

The store does not answer the phone. Don’t bother trying to call them, no one will answer and it’s very frustrating.
