Purchased a 2024 Toyota Camry however I told my first sales representative. No to two add on but his supervisor put them in my contract and I didn't notice so I spent an extra 1000.00 on things I didnot want and will not use.

My car was serviced at the dealership and I had the great pleasure to be helped by Stewart, the service director. He was outstanding in his ability to take care of my car needs. He also was very kind, knowledgeable, and very professional. I would definitely go back there again as long as he is running the service department. Thank you Stewart.

Buying a car is hard on credit even if you have good credit. I was a little overwhelmed by the size of this place, but I was grateful that they were able to get us a deal as a first time buyer on a car.. it took some time it was very nerve-racking. They tried to make it as easy as they could.. my only problem with all car dealers is why don't they just bring up the warrantee stuff before you make the deal not after you're in the finance office. It's a really demeaning an awful sales practice ... they should include it in the price of the car before they make the deal and give you time to think about it now while you're sitting there signing papers after being frustrated for hours and hours

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! 5-Stars all the way. In and out in under 60 minutes. This is my 3rd Sienna purchase and will be back for my 4th in December 2024. No reason to buy at any other Toyota store. SM David A., makes it as easy as it gets, He finds the vehicle, I come in and buy it. Simple, fast, effective. Listen to me folks, if you go anywhere else you're spinning your wheels, At AutoNation Toyota Winter Park there is no razzle-dazzle, no three hour negotiating, no hard sell. I went there for the amazing price, will be going back again for the fantastic service.

I met and worked with Patrick Buckley to buy a nice 2024 Toyota Camry @autonation in Winter Park. And Sir Patrick Buckley was great. This was the third time my family had brought a car from @autonation in Winter Park. The service was spectacular and my wife was singing her Spanish songs while Miguel was doing all of the paperwork. Miguel was so impressed with the singing of my wife so I told Miguel while ppl are waiting for you while you're doing the paperwork have them sing so that they can relieve themselves of everyday stress because buying a car can be stressful. Fortunately, my wife brought the house down with her marvelous songs. So, if you're looking to buy a car, I highly recommend you go see Sir Patrick Buckley a great individual that likes his job....

This is a great place to come and get a car. Me and my boyfriend have been trying to get a car for weeks and everything took forever to even get to the next step to get said car, so we went to AutoNation to check out some cars on the lot. We found a few cars we liked, from there we spoke to Alexander Pillot. He let us test drive the car and as soon as we said we wanted it he took us inside, sat us down, offered drinks and got straight to the paperwork. The whole process overall took about an hour and a half and we had the title, keys and we were out.

"Our salespeople don't work on commission" Those are the first words you'll hear when you enter this dealership. But when they are done with you those words are meaningless. We are introduced to pleasant young salesman who was able to show us the exact RAV 4 we were looking for. But that's when things got bad. A helpful "manager" joined the process. He was gregarious and friendly and worked to gain out trust. I lamented to him how I couldn't see very well because I had left my glasses at home. After getting our information this "manager" came back to gleefully announce that I had the highest credit score he had seen in that place and he would get me a great interest rate on financing. I was pleased because I knew Toyota was offering 2.9% on RAV 4. Later he brought back a paper with some some numbers and rattled off a few things at the speed of light and asked us to sign. I said we would return the following day to finalize the deal and pick up the car. The next day we return and I made sure I had my glasses. As it turned out they were giving me $23K for trade that Kelley Blue Book said was worth $26,800. Oh, and that great interest rate would reward my incredibly high credit score was almost 10% (9.9%). After almost 50 years of car buying I have learned that honest car dealers are just about nonexistent. Final score: Auto Nation 1 Me 0 plus 9.9%.

Terrible place to go, takes forever to do anything, the manager Luis is horrible, guy argues with you then gets up in the middle of you talking and walks away. Stay away from here, very unprofessional. The guy in the front acts like hes a bouncer or something too.

As someone that works with many people in Orlando and Brevard areas, I want to make sure that everyone knows how my experience has been with the purchase of my 2023 Toyota Sequoia! First, I had to follow up on the floor mats I had purchased as they didn't have them. Then they were sent to the wrong address which I never gave them; but must of had from years ago purchasing from Auto nation. No big deal, I kept following up and got it resolved. The second key took 9 months to get in, again no big deal. It is what it is. Here is where I am beyond livid. They told me I would have four years free service (oil changes) Toyota guard and shield. I asked the financing manager, I believe his name is Saul for paperwork on this. He assured me numerous times I didn't get any paperwork it is in the system! They never entered it in the system, I called to follow up, received a call from this financing manager that he doesn't have it in the system do I have anything to show!??? Are you serious? He was the one that told me it would be in the system and I don't need anything. He then told me he would look into it and call me back. It's been 9 months now that I have purchased my vehicle and still nothing. I own 4 cars and typically purchase a new one every 3 years or so and this is how they treat someone who spends $80,000! I can only imagine if I spent $10,000. You guys should be ashamed of treating any of your clients this way. Over a few hundred dollars or even a thousand whatever the cost is, you lost a client and any referrals from here on out. Financing manager for lying and not calling me back: Saul you should be ashamed how you handled this. I could already tell when I was in there and not getting some of the extra warranties that you had an attitude, but this was the icing on the cake! Stopped in to purchase a replacement radiator cap. The dealership's website lists it for about $14. The cap's MSRP from Toyota is approx. $24. Yet in the dealership, at the counter, they're asking nearly $37 for it. To me that is just shiesty business practices. I found the cap at another local Toyota dealer for the MSRP price. If you need parts for your Toyota, go anywhere but here.

We found some vehicles online that we were hopeful about for my oldest and their partner. It was a long drive to get here and they did have a lot of vehicles to look at The ones that we saw had a lot more issues on them than I prefer. The first one we looked at had some major damage and had been in a couple of big accidents and it had had I believe three owners. The second one we looked at was in much better shape and definitely looked a lot better. We had been seriously considering it and I talked to the two of them about it for a bit. My kid had some reservations about it so we ended up not buying it and afterwards they were very happy they hadn't. We just didn't get as good of a vibe from this place as we had hoped for. If we had quite a bit more money to spend we might have actually bought a new vehicle here but I just wasn't as happy with the used ones I saw.

If I could give this Stealership negative stars, I would do so. They are just not dishonest- they are thieves. I purchased my car this this location and used to like it but it is completely horrible now. You do expect a certain level of upselling- and much higher prices - at a dealership. That being said- these people are flat out dishonest and not to be trusted. The last time I was there- late February of this year - they sent photos of the engine and suggested that I replace the drive belt. It was a legit issue but, due to the high costs, I went to another garage and had it done immediately afterward. A year ago, I replaced the battery for a completely new one. Against my better judgement, I made an appointment at the dealership for an oil change strictly due to convenience of location. When they inspected the vehicle and followed up with a list of issues that needed to be handled, surprise, surprise... they sent me two photos of a "drive belt that needs to be replaced" and "battery that is bad". Which is completely untrue- and they knew it. The service reps admitted they had made an error, apologized profusely (while making a bunch of nonsensical excuses) and comped my oil change. Nice enough but my question is really- what type of corporate leadership allows this type of behavior? I truly don't believe it was just the service rep. And they kept repeating that "they needed to be better" at how they relay information to the customer. And guess what? All of the photos with comments have been retracted are no longer able to be opened. Of course. Be careful of this location.

I had a great first time experience buying a new car at this location. This location was recommended by a friend and I received incredible service by all the workers I spoke with. Sean was my salesperson who was exceptionally kind and patient. He really helped me decide on a car and all of my questions were answered happily and thoroughly. I really felt comfortable throughout the buying process as well, Edward Haywood was very knowledgeable and gave me such a good deal on a brand new car. I love my RAV4 XLE Premium and thankfully I was able to drive the car home that very day!
