I had never gone to a Toyota dealership to purchase a car before but after asking for guidance from several people this was what I chose. Now I completely s your best option to make a purchase and also to continue to go to for all your vehicles needs. Not only do they do every thing with excellence and hold the highest standards but they offer the best hospitality. In our visit Robert and Johnathan were the two that have helped us the most along the way . They were incredibly respectful and gave us the best of care during the entire experience. And on top of everything the car buying process can take up a few hours out the day but it wasnt uncomfortable because they have a great coffee shop and even a movie theater to chill in while your cars being worked on for a repair or if you need coffee or food to keep you energized during the process.

I’m giving 4 stars because everything about the repair was awesome. The service person Dante, the amount of time taken to do it and the overall dealership is great. But….I was charged $315 for a door handle repair that took 1 hour and the part cost is $15 on line. Way overpriced. Especially for a Certified Vehicle that we bought 2.5 months ago. The bumper to bumper warranty does not cover the function of a door handle because it is deemed superficial and “cosmetic”. It’s really just a good way to get out of covering your vehicle from a defect. A door handle should not break from normal operation.

I’ve purchased many Toyota’s but this is the first time that I’ve purchased a car from AutoNation… As I was preparing to purchase my fifth Camry, I already knew what I wanted and what I was looking for, but I wanted to look around before making the purchase. It was kind of late in the evening to be going through the purchasing process, but the sales department disregarded the time and acted like it was 8 am and not 8 pm. I was not in the mood for all of the sales tactics and I would have to say that they don’t rely on tactics to make a sale … but they keep in mind that you came in to buy a car… They try hard not to offend, but they are there to make a sale so they try to keep you on the path of making a purchase 😆
They did their job and I was there an hour after closing making my purchase. The experience was pleasant and I hope future interactions are pleasant as well.

This place was very efficient! Came here for my 15,000 mile service. I was in and out in less than an hour, and they even ran it through the carwash.

People are second to none,kind ,polite, make you feel good about coming there . This time after receiving an oil chg for the first time on this car,it came out with a scratch on driver's side door,car washed but not dried,which lead to water spots, disappointed. They quickly buffed it out and dried it. Advise would be, don't get car washed after any work . Those guys dropped the ball . That was a first.always loved this place.

Great service, even if you go to the wrong department everyone is willing to assist with your question, guide you and walk you to the right spot. The only down was communication during the process between the salesperson, manager and financial manager we had to relay info to each one which caused delays. Otherwise great 👍🏽
