Lovely store, skin care and makeup selection in a convenient location. I wish I remembered names bc there’s a young woman who appears to be in a managerial position & she is WONDERFUL. She’s knowledgeable, professional & personable. Fun, even. She selected the perfect mascara for me & for my foundation request, since they don’t carry Shiseido she recommended a similar foundation brand.I was passed on to the colorist/makeup artist. I was in a big hurry & was planning to simply look at the shades, choose one & leave. I had plans. Apparently, that was not being heard. Not to be impolite I reluctantly sat down with the makeup colorist, repeating I had to be somewhere. She chose shades & painted them on the inside of my arm saying one would be warm & complement my face color. I mentioned that I live in a hot climate & would be tanning slightly.MY fault. Although I expressed my desire for a slightly darker shade I reluctantly allowed the colorist to make my selection for me. The foundation costs around $75, I think? So now, if I ever have to wear liquid foundation on the inside of my forearm I’m all set. Or applied to my entire face, I can resemble a cadaver. lol. Ugh!Recommendation: Great store. But don’t cave to colorist recommendations. Stick to what you know about your own color preferences.

the manager thinks that she can boss me around like i’m her minion or something she has screamed at me twice and this is getting embarrassing for her. She is age discriminating me and my friends and telling us to leave and take our paper and color it with crayons at home. The first time i went there she was very rude and kept telling me and my friend to not mess with all this stuff and i was acting nice but now this? that was the last straw she is very annoying and calls the makeup “her makeup” like please im just trying to buy stuff and your yelling at me for it. All of the other worker are very nice and don’t deserve to be disrespected. This manager lady needs to leave

Lots of mistakes when ordering online.Love going to the store. They have quality brands of make up. And i love what they have to offer. Customer service could improve.

The ladies working were so rude and even accused me of stealing. Illiana R. was the VERY RUDE one. One of them went to check to make sure it was mine and when confirmed Illiana threw my product in the bag. After this she asked me if I was buying anything when I asked her to ring up my products. So I left. Beatriz was very sweet and found my perfect match in all the products! For a person of color, this was nice since brands are usually not inclusive. There were 2 ladies who were very helpful though including her, and helped me find my shade but overall I did not like my experience at all.

Such a great and warm staff. Super friendly and very helpful. I was given samples and the staff went over all the products in detail for me.

An employee named Beatrice waited on my friend and me. I had fallen on the sidewalk right before coming to the store, and she was kind and thoughtful, giving me some compassion and a bandaid. She didn't pressure us to buy the products but gave helpful advice and support. I will definitely be coming back to this store!

Finally a manager and staff that were attentive and great to deal with. I heard Julie and staff all quit bc of being mistreated bullied & harassed .Been in store many times and had the displeasure of interacting w Emma ?? I believe a district manager . I explained I was being helped by Julie the store manager who has helped me many times in the past. Emma seemed annoyed called Julie in The back and heard her screaming at her ?? This was not the only time . I had heard by previous employees that had left because of Emma . How do you allow A team to quit with no questions?? A person who has been bullying and mistreating staff?? This is a poor representation y this company and will not shop here any more . You lost a good manager Julie and the girls that worked with her.

On Saturday May 27, 2023 I came in the store on Park Avenue to look for some eyeshadow, Julie Cipolla approached me and asked if I needed any help. I told her what I was looking for, in today’s time you just don’t find a lot of people in retail that want to go the extra mile much less go from one line to the other to try to find what I wanted and didn’t mind spending time with me and working.. now I understand why she’s a store manager she deserves that title and a raise!

Deplorable staff / anemic management. The reviews tell me it’s common practice - they target their “opulent” “white” looking customers and discard everyone else. The “manager” (who could take a lesson or two on customer service… it’s AMERICA)was standing behind the counter (back facing customer because she was on her phone) turned around saw me holding my products ready to check out and literally walked away to the floor). I placed my products on the counter and walked out.Pathetic, and insecure staff.… and since the owners haven’t addressed these complaints already, well then this behavior is their strategy and an endorsement.

PLEASE don’t waste your time. I have never encountered a more miserable group, particularly the manager; I use the term loosely, than this sad group of actors at this particular location. I concur with many of the other reviewers in that they are rude and couldn’t be bothered in assisting any of the customers. Customers purchasing high end brands such as Sisley and La Mer are obviously met with distain, disgust and complete disregard. I fortunately have the pleasure of shopping at the lovely flagship store in Georgetown, Washington DC. The lovely, sophisticated and friendly women at the Georgetown location are a delight. These people could stand to take a lesson in mere common courtesy to say the very least.

I really like how the business brings in reps from the various companies they represent. In this case, The Trish McEvoy makeup artists who are so knowledgeable and generous with their time. Yesterday I had an appointment with Amanda who also made my time there (at least 2 hours) a lot of fun! She is clearly an expert on this product line, skin health in general, and as a makeup artist. My satisfaction was her priority, and she patiently tried a variety of options until we found what I really liked. Then, she made sure I understood how to apply and use each item to achieve exactly the look I wanted. She also sent me home with a generous number of samples of products she recommended for me.

I’m not sure how this store is even open. The girl behind the register was one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. Tried to over charge me (95 .00 for a 58.00 nest diffuser) and then I find out they don’t even take cash. Do yourself a favor Bloomingdale’s and Neimans at Millenia carry all these brands and have friendly , helpful staff that won’t look down their nose at you. Oh and they take cash lol
