I recently had an exceptional experience at Cech Auto! They replaced my brakes, pads, and drums, and performed an oil change, all with outstanding quality and attention to detail.
The team was incredibly responsive, taking the time to answer all my questions and ensure I felt confident in the necessary repairs.
Their customer service truly stood out; I felt valued and respected as a customer. The work was completed in a timely manner, and I could immediately tell the difference in my vehicle's performance.

Worse place to bring your car!! I bought my 2020 GMC Terrain in for a tune up later that day my power adapter blew a fuse took it back they charged me $55 to fix it and then later that day my passenger back turn signal went out, passenger daytime running light and my driver headlight don’t work now!! The fact that my personal information was put out there is a violation as a business owner for one and second I never talked to anyone other than the person typing the response, and third my power adapter only had one thing plugged in it for over a year and that was my dash cam, and no one wasn’t cussing on the other end of my phone is your going type a response make sure it’s accurate and review Florida laws!

I worked with Carlos directly and he delivered on the customer service and was top notch in communicating the options for my 2013 VOLVO XC60.
Great experience from start to finish; he was responsive, patient with my questions, and just all around amicable person. Cech did a thorough examination of my vehicle to find what other shops clearly missed ! Replaced the AC compressor and fixed an oil leak.
I won’t be taking my Volvo, SL500, or Audi anywhere else from here forward!

My experience was great as it’s always been. I went to the shop complaining of possible wheel hub issues and instead they/shop manager suggested to rotate the tires for proper tire wearing which was $32. That suggestion saved me over $1200, for the front two wheels. They easily could’ve sold me the initial solution and taken the $1200. Thank you for the honesty.

My elderly mother takes her car here, and the service is always great, quick, and affordable. Most importantly, they are respectable and do not suggest unnecessary repairs like I have seen big tire chain locations do. Clean waiting room, too. Very impressed with Cech Auto!
