So I work as a nail technician and I normally cash my checks at the south state bank by my job in Orlando area today I came to winter park to do what I normally do the lady who was told to help me wasn’t very helpful and made it a big deal that my name wasn’t signed on my check , I signed my name and she still did not want to cash my check for me I’ve stated I do this every 2 weeks with south state by my job and they’ve never given me an issue she says well I can’t do it for you because I don’t know you and never seen you before I mean obviously you’re not gonna see the same people everyday but if it was such a huge issue the other bank would’ve never cashed my check the first time I ever went to them she just looked like she got back from a break so she definitely seemed like she wasn’t even ready to work I would not recommend coming to this location .

Multiple late notices although we are set up for mortgage auto pay. Insurance premium has been purchased although documentation of insurance has been approved in writing several times. Zero accountability or even accessibility. Customer service agents work from home with the TV blaring and completely unprepared and/or trained to answer simple questions. Our jumbo mortgage is a joke….management wise.

TODAY WAS NOT A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. WHAT HAS HAPPENED WHEN BUSINESS ES/CORPORATION Lie or try to Bully you in opening a Bank account. When I already have one else where. When YOU Open a Business bank account how will the people you are doing business with be treated. First they said the person could not verify the check ,then you don't have enough funds to cover it,and sense you close the lobby non bank account holders can' t receive over $1000 in the drive thru. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.NO I WOULD NEVER OPEN A ACCOUNT.

Couldn't cash a check for their bank. Told me it was okay after 15 minutes waiting, come up and it's not okay. The other branch cashed this in a minute

Three weeks after closing my account they started sending me account overdrawn notices. I spoke to the branch manager who was very rude and claimed the account is still open.....don’t trust this bank with your money.
