I’ve done security work at this facility and I can honestly say that everyone here is polite and professional. Especially the Client Relations Specialists in the front desk, Tonè and Valentina. I’d be more than happy to work among these fine people again.

Very professional looking offices and the staff matched with their competency.Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and I didn't have an appointment.I just wish my local office was as nice as this 5 star office.

One hour hold times for customer service calls, Schwab's online Help area doesn't open half of the time and when it IS open I can't find what I'm looking for. This is extremely frustrating!!!

All their branches are closed. They suspended access my checking account which is my main account with over $12,000 in balance with no warning, call or verification from me first. I could get not access to my money to buy food, pay for things in cash and I called their hotline 3 times in the past 9 days now since they locked me out and I get the same run around answer that they need to verify that I opened the account. So why take 9 days? I am on the phone now with you I answered all the security questions and still they are taking their time to hold the account. I talk to the higher position Representative and she said all my automatic payment to pay my credit cards will not go through. So I knew that this was a mistake banking with them and I trusted this company with all my money I should have banked with a bank with a branch. I told them on the phone that I was going to sue them. Which I am. I sent a certified demand letter to the company yesterday to release my account. Before I go to my attorney and file a claim to court with fees and bills that will be charged against and pain and suffering. What is this company thinking suspending people’s lifeline to their hard earned money. Do not bank with them. They are only online bank, no in person and you feel like your powerless and their representatives seems like they are powerless also. It seems like they can contact the verification team only by email and wait for reply and god knows how long while us the customer left hanging for days. They are nice people and I know they only work their but Charles Schwab system is ridiculously horrible banking behavior. The only think that I can’t do know is sue the company and get their attention.

I met with Lynette Ancona at this office of 11/21to discuss having my accounts managed by Schwab in the future when moving to Winter Park.Although I was not interested in the $8,000 fee for managing everything, we agreed to meet on 12/18 with her team to discuss which subset of funds might be managed & for what cost. Prior to that occurring, I was charged a $228.30 advisement fee for no advice & not even an agreement on what was to be managed, let alone anything signed or with a set fee schedule. After cancelling altogether on 11/27 & keeping my account in the NY office, I was told by the Winter Park office that the fee would be removed. It is now 2/20 & no action was ever taken to remove this fee, according a Schwab central office. I wish I had read these horrible reviews first. I never had anything close to this happen with Schwab NY in over 35 years... DO NOT AGREE TO DISCUSS MONEY MANAGEMENT WITH THIS OFFICE unless you want charges prior to any advice being given or entering into a management contract...

I was interested in doing business with Charles Schwab, and I spoke to a woman there by the name of Pauline Peterkin I was shocked at how unprofessional rude and nasty she was shame on you charles schwab.. never never would I have anything to do with this company because of her shame!

Nearly Impossible to speak with a Human Being at this office! I tried calling this office earlier today only to end up pushing buttons on my phone with their never ending automated answering service. Somehow, I ended up speaking with a guy in Dallas. I told him how disappointed I was that I couldn't reach a live person in the Orlando/Maitland office. He said they were all in meetings. I'm not sure how he knew that but that is what he said. I was calling on behalf of my mother who sold her home and now has a rather large check to deposit. I wanted to set up an appointment to deposit her check and to put the funds into various accounts... which brings me to my next problem with Schwab. The guy in Dallas told me that my adviser moved to the downtown Orlando office, unbeknownst to me. Every time I get to know a new adviser, he moves on and I get another.

Nice building. Friendly, helpful staff. Had an appointment and had no wait when I got there. Account platform is easy to use and comprehensive. Low fees for transactions, reporting data available.
