Their drive thru ATM ate my friends money I was depositing for them and are missing over $100. Not the first time it gives us issues.

Real great bank that decides to close at 5 and be closed on the weekends so if you work during the week you won’t be able to use your bank at all! Awesome thought process guys!

Oof winter park, another bad one. What can I say about this “private client” bank? I won’t name the banker I dealt with, but it rhymes with Mason Jally. I think he might have missed the etiquette and professionalism part of the vigorous banking course. I booked an appointment to open up an account two weeks in advance and good old Mason Jally, rescheduled it twice and then just completely moved it to a different day. No decency to give me a ring and let me know, nothing. And then when I called to ask him what’s up, he said there’s nothing he could do. What a shame Massy boy. There once was a time that banks loved when you opened up accounts with them and put money in the bank with them, so they could invest your money and make more. Maybe Mason Jally hasn’t figured that out. Maybe he thinks it just sits in a big fat safe under his desk. If you read the other reviews too, you’ll realize that this branch really emphasizes the “private client” portion of their name, and by emphasize I mean just the quotation marks around the name “private client”, because they seem to disregard any sort of customer relationship. Wish the one in wp village didn’t close. I called the sun trust across the road and they seemed nice so sucks to suck Mason Jally, but you did this. Have a little more control of your schedule and sound somewhat remorseful when you explain to someone that you prioritized other people instead of them and the required appointments mean nothing. Again winter park, we can do better.

I'm a Private Client member. While abroad during COVID, my accounts were locked when I tried to send a wire. I immediately called the branch. Neither the Private Client banker nor the branch manager remembered me, although I've met Karen multiple times. They refused to help unlock my accounts, something which a phone agent from India was able to do in 5 minutes. They wanted me to fly back to the US in a pandemic to get them unlocked, while not having any access to my money. I am blown away.

Been a customer for over 20 years with Chase and always received great service overall which is why I was absolutely shocked today at a very poor business decision especially after learning it was a branch manager. I walked in the branch to open up another business account with no one being served but me and was turned away because I did not have an appointment scheduled during this new normal Covid environment. It would literally take 15 minutes to open an account and with no one there there should be no excuse for not excepting good business especially loyal business. That is no way to treat your clients regardless of how many accounts they have and whether they have been with you for years or are opening their first account. In this environment you have to be on your best behavior and ready to work with business that is in front of you not wait for business that hopefully shows up at their scheduled appointment time. All you have done is encourage me to open my first account with another bank.

I would like to thank all the employees of this branch. They we're friendly and helpful especially Rayz who worked late yesterday to make sure my POA was given priority. Today I came into the branch and was able to complete the process needed to help my father's Medicaid application. I now can travel back to Michigan worry free. You guys are Awesome ! Donald

This is the most friendly bank ever. The staff are so genuinely kind for whatever reason I come in, it is always such a pleasure. Chase bank currency exchange rates are far superior to those of other banks and the new currency comes quickly. This bank is the should be the example for customer service.

I've been involved with many banks, and while Chase could be a great bank, this specific location is not a proper bank. When you close your account they call the manager (intimidation tactic) to try to persuade you (manipulative tactics) to keep you on board. I understand that no banks want to lose their customers - they loan out customer's money and the interest earned is how banks make profits. Unfortunately, the manager was rude and continued to play manipulative tactics with me despite me calling her out. Personally, I haven't heard positive experiences with this bank. I'm sure Chase has its positive sides, but it makes me wonder, if a manager has to resort to extreme manipulation to keep a customer, what does that say for the financial situation of this specific bank location in general?
