Love the service. They are polite, professional and take good care of the health of your nails. They pay attention to detail.I recommend Christine nail and nail technician Hanna 100%. She is amazing, super nice and professional.

They nickle and dime you for everything. How do you charge 15 to put a magne, Next to the nail polish.
Why would you put on four coats of polish?And it still looks like crap.

Warning that there’s a lady there that has no idea what she’s doing. It was my first time at this nail salon. I went with my daughter for a gel mani/regular pedi. The technician that did my daughter’s nail seemed competent but mine seemed to be winging it. My nails look absolutely awful. I should have gone with my gut feeling that told me to skip the gel manicure after I saw my pedicure. She also nicked one of my fingers and her massages were weird, like barely touching me. I wish I knew her name, I believe she sat at the first table but don’t know for sure because for the manicures, they would just bring every piece of equipment from their table to the pedicure chairs while our toes were drying. It was uncomfortable as they had to stand in an awkward position, having to lean awfully close to us (our personal space) while walking back and forth between their tables to get supplies and us. I have no idea why they didn’t just have us sit at their tables. It was odd. I had called my regular salons for a last minute appointment but this one was the only one with availability and now I see why.

I’ve been getting white SNS for years and never had this issue. Less than a week after service my nails are all yellow/brown and cracking. Paid more than I typically do and am extremely disappointed in the quality and that I now how to pay to get my nails redone only a week later.

New to the area and saw they were open. They told me they were closing earlier than the sign on the door. No attempt to help me or serve me. Poor customer service

Poor over job, no cuticle oil, all nails were put first into a little bowl with acetone which stung a small cut. Polish was left on skin on a few nails. Waxing was not as good as previous times. Just not what it used to be.

10/10 I have been going to Tiny for 23 years. My pedicures are always perfect & last a long time. Such a kind family as well! (they owned CA nails previously)

Be careful of deceptive practices. I went in for a Polish change on my toes and instead of asking me did I want a manicure the lady says "do you want your feet dipped in the water". I didn't know what she was asking so I said no I don't want a pedicure and she goes "no do you want your feet dipped in the water" she would never say the word manicure because she knows I would have declined it. So I paid extra money to have my feet dipped in water for 2 seconds.

I have been going to this salon for about 3 years and have in the past always been satisfied. However yesterday I went for a foot leg massage, it has been $1.00 per minute, I got a 30 minute service, was told when I checked out it was $45.00. I was shocked and turned to look at the price list and there were no amounts listed. The woman who took care of me was not the same person who provided the service. I told her I think there was a mistake, she rudely said there was no mistake, to put in my tip amount and then she could process the payment. I told her I did not want to put in the tip until I understood why the cost is up 50% and I was not notified of the change, she did not respond other than to again say put in your tip amount. I put in the tip which was very low as I feel it was the responsibility of the technician to advise of this price change. I was greatly disappointed. The tech was also busy chatting with her co worker as she worked on me which was quite annoying. I think I will be looking for a new salon.
