Community Playground is a beautiful and well-maintained park that offers a great space for children and families. The highlight is a large wooden fortress and castle-style playground, filled with slides, stairs, and many fun nooks for kids to explore and play safely. It features a twisty stand-alone slide, a double wide metal slide, infant and toddler swings, standard swings, and a tire swing—plenty of options for kids of all ages. The playground is surrounded by a fenced enclosure, providing a safe environment, and is shaded by natural oak trees, making it comfortable even on warmer days. The park also has grassy areas with a hill perfect for games like tag and kickball, as well as paved walking trails, a pond, and fields for sports or relaxing. Nearby, there are numerous benches, picnic tables, and a covered pavilion suitable for parties and gatherings. Restrooms with changing tables and a water bottle filling station are conveniently located. Outside the fenced area, there's a pond and a fitness exercise center by the pond, adding to the park’s appeal. Families appreciate the cleanliness and the inviting atmosphere, making it a favorite spot for play and picnics. Wonderful playground! Lots of shade with giant trees. Love the wooden structure. It’s going to be closed starting next weekend (3/9/26) for construction.
