Amazing storage facility with a Fabulous Management Team!!! We have been using this facility for a few years and have had a wonderful experience! Liz provides great service and assistance! Facility is always, safe, secure, clean, great lighting , convenient parking and you name it!!! Thank You Liz!!!!!

Liz was extremely helpful and patient getting my account set up, and even stayed a little past quittin’ time. The storage unit , not to mention the entire facility, was clean and well maintained, The rental process was easy, especially compared to other storage rental companies I have used in the past. The onsite staff is readily available and responsive. Liz was very thorough, explained everything clearly to me, and was very accommodating to the extent she was able to be. The facility was very clean, and the basic items like the door functionality, lighting, dollies and elevators all were working to perfection - far better than my experiences with other facilities. I would suggest making more dollies available and also holding the rental price for a year and/or advising renters how often and how much rates will increase.

LIZ GENERAL MNGR@WINTER PARK WAS NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING, WARM&PERSONABLE VERY CARING; TOTAL PRO IN EVERY WAY EVEN WENT OUT OF HER WAY MADE SURE I RECEIVED THE BEST POSSIBLE DEAL/ EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PROPERTY, THE LOCATION WAS PATIENT &PAINSTAKING ABOUT EXPLAINING EVERY POSSIBLE DETAIL I NEEDED TO KNOW ANSWERED ANY&ALL QUESTIONS PROFICIENTLY HARD TO BELIEVE I WAS RENTING A STORAGE UNIT&NOT DEALING WITH A CONCIERGE AT A FIVE STAR HOTEL LIKE RITZ CARLTON I DO MANY EVENTS THERE BUT CUDOS TO CUBE SMART HIRE SUCH INCREDIBLE EXCELLENT STAFF LIKE LIZ

Will raise your rental rate on a moments notice. They never answer the phone, always have to wait for a call back. The only positive thing about the place is that it is clean. Other than that, use someone else for your storage.

Excellent storage facility, very clean, well lit, easy to access, secure, lots of parking, and the staff are really excellent - Antony is very friendly and helpful, and found exactly the storage unit I needed.

Excellent people! Kelly (no longer there) was kind and informative when I started my rental 4 years ago. Javon is also fantastic. He communicates every detail very well. Kindness goes along way in times of change. Thank you. I will definitely recommend the office on Orlando Ave in Winter Park.

Thank you so much Antony Avella. I was searching for my wallet for two days straight. I had called the FBI and the CIA. I contacted the police to put out a APB. I started training in martial arts and criminal forensic techniques. I was ready to go international like taken with my particular set of skills. Fortunately i didnt have to turn europe into a hellscape. I really appreciate cubesmart and its employees.

Used this facility for work. Clean building and grounds. Lovely humans to work with at the front office, they were responsive and helpful. Would definitely utilize this space/location again, the only reason we moved was to get a storage unit closer to my home on the west side of town. Highly recommend.
