After easily requesting a storage unit on the CubeSmart website, I was pleased to be greeted with the friendly assistance of C.J. He showed me the facility and unit, finalized the admin, and answered all my questions. My move-in was easy with the close drive-up location and wheeled carts. My rates are now half of my prior facility (which had doubled from my original rates 7 years ago).

The upstairs air conditioning has been out for the last couple of months and it has been incredibly frustrating. I am paying for an air conditioned unit and have not been offered any discount or refund. Every time I complain, they say that a work order has been submitted, but they have no time frame as to when it will be fixed. This is store #0858.

Jonathan, the agent I spoke with after reserving the space, was friendly and helpful. He also was there when I signed the contract and answered all my questions professionally. The entire process was smooth.

The store representative messed up on my information with my id given in hand and i wasn't able to login to the system to pay they said it was my fault and i was charged another month i did not need as well as late fees that i had to call all over before i got some type of assistance theres other companies to use DONT USE THEM! … or maybe its just this location

The periodic rate hikes are ridiculous and numerous. I left because I was being forced to pay 4x the market rate. And was told by a district manager that the market rate for new customers is different than the market rate for existing, loyal customers. Quite the (short sighted) business model/racket.
