I had an extremely disappointing experience at the pharmacy today. The pharmacist was outright rude and gave attitude when I approached the drive thru. Instead of addressing my prescription professionally, she snapped at me and made it clear that I was an inconvenience. To make matters worse, she even said that she had a back log because of us, as if it was our fault. This kind of dismissive and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially in a place where people come for help with their health. I expected respect and assistance, not to be treated like a burden.

I’ve been a customer of this location for over a decade. I find the staff extremely caring and helpful. The Pharmacist, Joseph, takes the time to speak with me about my son’s medications and concerns. Nancy, the tech, is efficient and pleasant. All of the techs are very helpful. I’m very satisfied with this pharmacy. Thank you all!

Genuinely horrible service. The workers were extremely unprofessional and quite frankly, mean. I never want to be that person, but the urge to write a bad review for this place is irresistible. If i could rate 0 stars, I sure would. Never, and I mean never, coming back. Would NOT recommend.

This not the first time that a doctor's office faxed CVS a prescription, that you didn't check (nor, obviously fill) until I inquired about it.
I would think you would be be more on top of such things, instead of waiting for a patient to actually inquire.

I came to the pharmacy drive thru to buy an over the counter medication. Within the drive thru on a GIANT poster it shows all the medications you can buy in the drive thru so you don’t have to go inside. When I asked for the medication the woman working told me to come inside. I told her I always get things the drive-thru. She then rolled her eyes and said hold on one second and went to go ask somebody. When she came back, she told me that they no longer sell over-the-counter medication’s through the drive-thru, even though there is still a GIANT poster board advertising in the drive-thru right next to your car when you pull u with pictures all of the medication’s you can purchase. I understand that that might not be something that they do anymore but they are still advertising that they do. Save your time and go to Walgreens.

i normally don’t expect much from any pharmacy, i know it’s a hard job and they’re so over worked. this pharmacy is amazing. every employee is so kind and truly helpful. they always try their best to get an issue figured out asap and always so friendly! ❤️

Don’t get a vaccine here. The pharmacist left the vaccine syringe on the table and just walked away. I’m still waiting. If you’re not ready, say you’re not ready!

If I could give a zero, I would. The staff made me feel stupid and worthless and as if I just was not worth their time. They could not even give me the time of day, I spoke to two workers and both of them were juglling multiple things at once, which was confusing and disorienting. I understand if someone's busy at their job but this was on a whole other level. I would have been happy to wait but the workers decided to juggle both speaking on the phone and speaking to me. While I did come here confused, which is my fault, they didn't make things any better and instead decided that I was not worth the trouble and turned me away.
