Always visit this location when I stay in town several times a year. They have the best selection of anything and everything! I've not used the pharmacy, but every employee I've encountered has been friendly and very helpful. I've had several memorable conversations with employees and always look forward to my next visit. Thank you for taking care of me when I am in town! ❤️

I am shocked with the reviews here. I have used this pharmacy for years. The employees i have encountered over the years have been friendly. The pharmacist IS very knowledgeable and is informative about potential allergies, as should be expected!!
It is a busy branch, I have seen a line inside and also a few cars at the drive thru, but they do a good job!! I would much rather wait and get all I need and it be correct than be rushed out and have isues later.

Abraham the person working in the farmacy is not professional to customer services him need He needs some classes on how to serve customers, because I tell him that the order was sent yesterday and he tells me that they don't have those pills and I tell him that it's always the same and then he comes and I ask his name to do what I'm writing about the complaint and he tells me that he's not going to give me his name because he knows that it's very wrong in how he served me but nothing will change location but I wanted to leave my experience that I had this morning today

I’m shocked to see so many negative reviews of this pharmacy. Been using it since 2019 and have very minimal issues for a growing family. Once or twice has a medication been late, but they usually communicate very well, and the one rude employee I dealt with 9-12 months ago is definitely no longer there.

I had a terrible experience at CVS with the pharmacist, Ibru, who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He delayed dispensing my important medications, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I will not be returning to this location and would advise others to avoid it as well.

I’m switching pharmacies after today. My father is a physician. This weekend he had crippling back pain and placed a prescription order to be filled early in the morning. He went to pick it up around 1PM and it wasn’t filled. They said they had to go to lunch in 30 minutes and couldn’t fill it until later. He had to go out of town and was in pain for his entire trip. I also had a medication called in today at 10AM and my father spoke to the pharmacist themself. I never received a text it was ready. So, I spent the day in pain without my urgently needed medications. I went around 5PM and they hadn’t filled them. They told me to wait 15 minutes and they’d text me. I waited over an hour (IN PAIN), never received a text, and had to go in and ask for them. They were ready and one bag was stored and the other was on some counter. I don’t know who is running that pharmacy, but there is no consideration for the possible conditions people are dealing with and the disorganization of the place is telling. There needs to be order restored because it used to be great.

Probably the worst pharmacy i've ever had to deal with. I transferred a prescription over to CVS because I was told they would be able to fill it sooner than my usual Walgreens. After speaking to someone every 3 days I was told something completely different than what I was told the previous time. The workers don't have any answers to common questions and some of them would catch a tone when I had simple questions I just needed to ask. After all of this I called my usual Walgreens that i've been with and they were able to get my prescription back from CVS and fill my medication in a phone call that was less than 2 minutes. The phone system for walgreens and CVS is verrrrry different. I reccomend Walgreens ALWAYS.

This place has seriously gone down hill the past year. Maybe pharmacists tech changes? They are not helpful. And rude at times. They placed a system is down sign on their drive-through window. This implicates that the system is down. So I drove off. This was on Sunday. I tried calling the pharmacy to see if the system was still down and no answer. I gave it a few days and drove to the store again on Wednesday. The SAME sign is still up on tge drive-through. I thought that was strange being such a big corporation. Parked my car, with a cast on my arm and went inside. A HUGE line was inside the pharmacy. Finally got to the register and a gentleman helped me. I asked your sign outside on the window says your system is down. Is it down? He said no. Out of nowhere a tech yelled from the back that the drive-through is down and there was a sign saying that. That was a LIE. I took a picture of the sign where it just says", System Down". Wow! What kind of people is CVS hiring these days to handle our prescriptions? Really unprofessional. This location can do better.

The worst pharmacy service I have experienced. Techs are not knowledgeable. Different staff tell you different answers for the same question. They have told us a prescription will be ready at a certain time, then we get there, and they don't know anything or who we spoke to. Terrible.

Service here is just plain bad. Nobody cares, I called about a prescription transfer. It was clear they didn't want the work or business. Then I waited well they "searched for a pen". Didn't put me on hold so I listens to the lady yell about how are their no pens, no I don't want a sharpee, who took my pen etc etc. Then she never followed up and did the work anyway.

rude, rude, rude pharmacists (except for 1 or 2 who are kind) one laughed at us for having to fill expensive medicine when insurance wouldn't cover due to america being fucking awful and despicable. absolutely disgusting.
