Kristine and Hannah was very rude to me when I was getting serivce at the pharmacy. I have never been here and this is my first time here and last time due to customer service. Kristine took a customer before me knowing that I have been waiting before her. And then Hannah covered her ear towards my direction when I was speaking to her because she was speaking over me to speak to Kristine. This is very racial and I don’t think I deserve treatment like this and while I type this, I am still waiting for my script and they know I have another doctors appointment at 12:30 for a major car accident that I was in, they are very inconsiderate and I wouldn’t be surprised if my medication isn’t on time.

The hours for this pharmacy are terrible. They work as many hours as a part time server. Ive been two different times to pick up prescriptions and they’ve been closed when it says they should be open. Also 11am to 5pm on Sunday?!? I guess CVS doesn’t think it’s important for working people to pick up their medication.

I visited the store on Orlando Avenue in Winter Park, Florida, and the sales representative whose name was Monica went above and beyond to help me. Not only did she help me, but I heard her helping everyone in the store, and she had a very positive attitude.

this minute clinic is untrustworthy they don’t trust you they don’t trust themselves and if you get on their nerves, they have the right to tell you they refuse your business and will bill your cards for the services. They are nasty do not trust them because they cannot trust themselves.

If I could give this store a ZERO I would. The store is a ghost town! You can’t find employees, can’t get help with any questions or product assistance and you can’t get anyone to check you out. I waited for assistance and no one came. I was forced to use self-check out which I am not paid to use and I do not support. As I was nearly done, an employee came to the front. He was rude to a different customer. I then complained to him about the lack of service and assistance and he wanted to engage in an argument with me. He was extremely rude, unprofessional and confrontational. CVS is terrible!!!

I come here regularly for prescriptions and it takes a minimum of 30 mins to pickup a prescription even though there are always like at least five people working the pharmacy. They’re nice but it’s really, really unbearable.

I made a clinic appointment for 9:50, got in at 9:59 went to check in and all the iPads were off and no one was at the desk, waited for 10 minutes and was told my spot was taken by a walk-in.That’s fine I was late I get it but being rude tells me to find another solution going forward so I will.Doctor on demand is so much easier anyway so thanks for the nudge.I promise to never step foot in a cvs again.Cheers

The pharmacist who I believe is named John is the only saving grace to this pharmacy. He is very kind, customer service oriented, and intelligent.I was forced to use this pharmacy for almost 3 years as it was the only one my insurance would cover and it was a nightmare every single time. The pharmacy staff at this location are always rude and incompetent. Something was always wrong on their end, they would bill my insurance wrong, fill the wrong medication, try to use someone else’s account, always something! I am a very non-confrontational person so I unfortunately always let them walk all over me.The pharmacist John always had to step in and fix their mistakes and he is the only reason I used this location as long as I did. I recently called to get a price of my medication over the phone that was ready for pickup so I would know what to expect when I arrived and was rudely told by the technician that they do not give prices over the phone. I don’t know if that is true or not but that was my final straw and now that I am no longer required to use this pharmacy with my insurance I have transferred my prescriptions out to the pharmacy I always used in the past and will not return to this location.If I could give just the pharmacist 5 stars I would, but the technician staff need major customer service training along with pharmacy training.

Love this store and pharmacy. Used to be a Walgreens customer but was fed up with poor customer service. I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. Knowledgeable, efficient and great customer service. Also love the store selection of products. Happy to make switch.

I made an appointment for 11:50, got in at 11:45, went to check in and all the iPads were off and no one was at the desk, waited for 10 minutes for the gentleman in front of me to use the ONE checkin kiosk, they cancelled my appointment and now I’m going somewhere else. How about having some staff or at least allowing more than one person to checkin at the same time

Love my CVS on North Orlando Ave in Winter Park FLI've been going here since I moved to Florida, and I know mostly all the employees at the pharmacy, and they're great people and love the store staff that have been there forever and their always accommodating.
