If you need assistance with a prior authorization or seek any information that is not accessible on hand about a prescription or procedure, be prepared to face technicians that not only do not want to help you but won't even try. This was my first experience struggling with CVS about a prescription and it wasn’t the last. :( Wouldn’t recommend.

Bathrooms where standard and decent but not the reason for the 4 star review. So i dropped off a 35mm disposable camera. I got it back about 7-10 days later which was good. The problem was that all my digital scans where on a CDR? Why not a email, SD card, Google drive, any sort of download except for a over 20 year old format? I had to buy a cd player for my PC in order to extract them and they where less the 100 Kb each. All of them easily fit into an email. Weird stuff

Been 3 months can’t get any prescriptions filled for one reason or another. Tried using GoodRx and got told I can’t use that for my script so I’d have to pay the full out of pocket cost. Which first off I have insurance already but the preferred pharmacy doesn’t carry nor fill adhd med scripts, so I have to use another pharmacy now I’m being told I can’t even use a discount card. Not worth the hassle of dealing with this place just to fork out 200 dollars when I could pay 30… or 10 if I could go to the preferred pharmacy. I worked for a cvs pharmacy and we could use the discount cards as long as we picked up 30+ days from the last fill. When I asked why I couldn’t I was just told it has to be through insurance, no actual reason was given even after explaining the situation I was just reasked if I wanted to pay the out of pocket cost.

Getting prescriptions here is easy. Buying supplements here can be challenging. Last I was here for supplements I couldn’t find 1200 mg fish oil pills. No stress tablets vitamin b.

sOoo, how many bad reviews is it going to take for CVS to deal with the Asian pharmacy tech Cindy? She always treats me really bad for some reason. She lacks the basics of fundamental customer service. And she's always sitting on the chair, the only one who seems to always be sitting. No other techs are ever sitting on the chair. Why? Seems unreasonable and unfair to the other techs in my opinion. She seems very lazy.
This is not fair for me as a customer to be disrespected every time I come in and frankly it's unfair to the other techs. She needs to be replaced immediately.

I would give 0 stars to this pharmacy staff. The asian lady was rude for no reason. I was trying to be understanding, but it didnt work. I am trying to understand the process of paying out of pocket for a 2-weeks supply of my med since I cannot live without it! and she was absolutely aggressive and rude about it! Stay away from this pharmacy.

Asian lady is very rude, keep denying my refill saying there was none left because she was too lazy to look for the other refills that were sent. I have to insist for her to look again. She has a horrible attitude. I’ve complained to management before and nothing changes. It’s a shame. I’ll be looking for another pharmacy.
