The pharmacy manager does not treat people good he is angry, if he does not love his job, he should look for another job.

I was in this store twice and both have been a bad experience. First time I was there an adult women and she was trying to copy some documents and the guy who works there was not helpful I had to help her. Also for me it was not a good experience.Second time I placed an order for pick up and I got me email the order was ready but once I got the store the order wasn't ready and the same guy told me the order was not ready because they don't have the size of the paper either the wood for a calendar, he told me he called his manager there was nothing to do. My question is why they sent the email the order is ready if it is not, they should call me to cancel the order or send me to another store. I had to leave without any solution and I placed a new order in another CVS 3502 Edgewater and the customer service was totally different they had my order ready already printed and the guy was so kind and helpful but the person who works in aloma he makes some facial expressions like he is not willing to helpI have been to this store twice and both times have been a bad experience. The first time I was there, an older granny was trying to copy some documents and the guy who works there didn't help me. I had to help the lady. Also for me it was not a good experience. The second time I placed an order for pickup and received an email the order was ready but once I got to the store the order was not ready and the same guy told me the order was not ready because they don't have the size of paper or wood for a calendar, he told me he called his manager and there was nothing he could do. My experience with the staff has been extremely hurtful and unhelpful. I had approached this location with nothing but basic, rudimentary respectful manners. As a transgender person facing ALL levels of national, systemic discrimination, the staff had nothing to offer as far as meeting my needs expect complete disrespect and complacency. Staff has falsely claimed to another pharmacist that I had not picked up and purchased 1 vial of the remaining in my order, which I had planned to transfer to. They clearly lacked the compassion, and education of what transgender individuals have to face in order to meet their basic human needs. I DO NOT recommend bringing business here if you are LGBTQIA+ and/or neurodivergent-- they're actions are clearly harmful and lacking of basic human respect and would rather treat you as if you were a grievance and worst part of their day. Shameful bullies!

This CVS at 2527 Aloma Ave is in desperate need of corporate intervention. On December 5th 2023, I was buying something at the front. The employee had Airpods in and was asking me for my phone number for the rewards account lookup. I kept stating the number to him very clearly and he kept messing it up. I said, “maybe you should turn your music off so you can hear me.” He then said that “he doesn’t feel well so he doesn’t feel like talking to people.” I finished buying my item and left. I called the store to tell the manager about this but the same employee I had just dealt with answered. When I asked to speak to the manager he said, “the manager is gone but she’ll be back at 11am.” It was 11:30am when I called, I said this to the employee and he just said, “I don’t know what you want me to do.” I ended the call and then allowed myself to just forget about the situation. Five days later, on December 10th I needed to go back into the store to return something at 8:10am. I went in and did not see anybody in the store, I walked around for a bit, and it was completely empty. I waited at the counter for a bit and then I called the store, no one answered but then after it had been ringing for a while the manager stepped out of a room by the checkout area after I had been in there for 10-15 minutes. She came over to me ALSO WEARING AIRPODS AND DIDN’T GREET ME IN ANY WAY. I then conducted the transaction. After my first issue I wanted to speak to the manager to let them know how unprofessionally their employee was acting. Now that I know the management is doing it, I no longer blame the employee. Employees emulate behaviors that their leadership exercises. This is a leadership issue and CVS corporate needs to crack down on it before it pollutes every employee. I worked at a similar store for two years and I would have been reprimanded or fired immediately if I was wearing earbuds while working with customers, many of whom were elderly and required extra attention.

I’ve really never had issues with this CVS at all. I’ve been going to it since I moved to Orlando a year ago and I’d say it’s even better than the one I used to go to before I moved. They always have what I need and are able to get me out quick and easy. Not sure if I’m just lucky, but I have no intentions of changing pharmacies as of now!

Worst pharmacy in the world. Every time I come here there is an issue and the pharmacy visit to pick up a prescription is at least one hour. They never have any prescription ready.

Drove across town and back to find my 90 day prescription (a pill a day) was filled with 11 tablets. Couldn’t get anyone on the phone during business hours. I was finally put on hold for 15 minutes until I terminated the call and had to call back.Take your business to a family owned, small business that values your time and money. Slowly but surely these conglomerates will realize they are crumbling one customer at a time.

Was put on hold two times and both times disconnected after waiting 30 minutes each time for someone to answer the phone. I called back again and told them that I was disconnected and then they disconnected me again. Will never do business at the CVS… Ever!

Prescriptions have been filled wrong and the Asian lady argued and accuses me of lying . I later proved her wrong and after MUCH hassle, got my son the remaining medication.Prescriptions are not filled at all, and even after they say they’ll fax it to a different pharmacy, they then only send partial scripts and do not answer the phone for either myself or the other pharmacy. There is very little service here and you’ll do much of the thinking and legwork yourself. I am currently waiting for them to answer the phone for over 30 minutes because they made yet another mistake with my child’s medication .

The Asian lady that works in the pharmacy is always completely rude to every customer I see her with as well as myself. My prescriptions aren't ready when they're supposed to be. The wait times are always long since there's only one person that seems to know what they're doing. They send out that texts that prescriptions are ready for pickup, but then when you get there, they aren't.
