I just spoke with the pharmacy there she was very unprofessional rude and very short with a customer, was not called for this need to be addressed by management there.

This is by far THE WORST CVS I’ve ever had the displeasure of attempting to get my meds at. Staff lacks knowledge of what insurance they accept, they’re unwilling to help, their drive thru takes forever, it’s just an overall nightmare.Update: After going to the CVS further down the road on Main St., the issue was resolved. Staff at the E. Altamonte pharmacy was entering the member ID incorrectly and didn’t even bother to make a call, ask someone else for help, or any other attempt to see what the problem may have been. They simply dismissed and said that they didn’t accept Independence Blue. Just go a bit down the street to the CVS on Main St. and avoid this one. The one in Main St. is open 24 hours anyhow.

This cvs SUCKS! I will be changing my pharmacy. The people here are so rude. Last time the lady gave my meds and didn’t say anything… she didn’t say bye have a good day or thank you. Nothing, so when I say there she came back on and said “anything else I can help you with”. My birth control was in a literal sandwich bag. The power has gone out and they didn’t put a sign or anything and I need to get my meds. Just so ratchet and terrible. And there’s always a long wait.

very bad service in the pharmacy part all the workers who speak English are not very friendly, if you do not speak English do not go because there is only one worker who speaks Spanish she is small with blonde hair white skin and glasses and believe me she is very rude with all their ugly expressions and they never want to serve you apparently it bothers them to serve Hispanics. today I had a very bad day in that pharmacy I wasted 4 hours looking for some emergency medicine for my newborn baby and this lady simply told me after making me wait all that time with my crying baby that they were not going to give me the medicine because they couldn't get My baby's insurance was a very bad service. I ended up going to another pharmacy that, thank God, they gave me a solution and very good treatment. CVS pharmacy serve your customers better please

My husband and I just tried to pick up a prescription from the location on Howell Branch and 436. I had a question about using a coupon from the Good Rx app, because it had been suggested by his doctor, and we’ve used Good Rx in the past without any issue. The pharmacist, Mina Atansious, refused to even look at the coupon that I was trying to ask about, and kept repeating that it was 75 dollars with our insurance and that was that. The coupon that I had saved for that medication and for this CVS location stated it would be 38 dollars. I was just confused and was trying to understand why we couldn’t use the coupon instead of insurance if it would be cheaper, but again, he just kept saying it was 75 dollars with our insurance. Period. When we paused to discuss this with each other, since no one in the pharmacy would explain anything, he literally snatched the prescription out of the tech's hand and walked away. We felt incredibly rushed (although there was only one other person in line), and honestly embarrassed. I’m sure this wasn’t their intention, but the fact that the medication we were picking up is for substance use disorder, I can’t help but wonder if his callous and negligent attitude was a symptom of intolerance and prejudice - two things I would expect the head pharmacist of a reputable pharmacy such as CVS to not be hindered by or at the very least to not actually exhibit towards his patients.Honestly, I would like to say that I'm baffled at this experience, but unfortunately I'm not. It's literally instances like this that impede addicts from seeking help in the first place; and to get so close to getting that first prescription, just to be shooed away over a legitimate question about cost, demonstrates exactly how problematic people like pharmacist Mina Atansious really are. Shame on you, sir. You are a disgrace to the pharmaceutical community.

Good store and clean. They be ready to go so don’t come to late or they kinda kick you out the store. Rightly so I guess…lol.Just take yourself to the CVS down the street in Apopka on 65 E. Main St. for 24 hour service. Same rating as this location but they are open all hours.

Had to change my pharmacy to CVS because my insurance changed. Was on hold for 20 minutes and they picked up the phone then hung up on me. I called again and they finally answered the phone. The lady seemed annoyed that I called. Not a very good first impression. I will pick my medications from here but next time I will find another CVS pharmacy that is a lot nicer and will pick up the phone.

CVS has gone down the toilet recently. They got involved in health insurance, and so CVS is the ONLY place that my insurance company will cover me to pick up my meds. I show up 15 minutes before the Pharmacy closes and the lights are out and steel doors are drawn. Every time I try to sign up for delivery the website has errors and my request never goes through. Absolutely dreadful.

My doctor called in a antibiotic prescription at 10 this morning. At 230pm I called and waited on hold for 15 minutes to be told it’s going to be maybe a hour longer. Are you serious? Definitely taking my business somewhere else. Customer service is a joke and clearly timely prescription filling is not their strong point.

Dropped off my prescription at 9AM, right when they opened. They told me it would be until noon which already seemed like too long. I call around noon, trying to get through for about 20 minutes only to be told it would be another hour. I am in so much physical pain & I’m extremely swollen! I can’t believe it takes this long to fill a 3 day prescription. Every time I come here it is awful. Going to have to take my prescriptions elsewhere from now on.

I love this CVS. When I walk in they always greet me, especially Angela,. She is amazing, she's always happy and friendly.. then we have the 2 BEST employees in the pharmacy- GABBY & ALLIE. they treat me like family. Ask me how I am, how work is going and they know be my name. This is why I continue to shop at this CVS when there are closer ones to me.
